I took my car here for a tire alignment check and they were already trying sell me a tire alignment plan before even checking my car which I saw as a red flag right off the bat. I then waited in the waiting room for 4 hours before I finally went up and asked what the hell was taking so long, don't ask me why I even waited that long I'll never do that again. Turns out my car had been done for a while it's just that whoever finished the check on my car never filled it out in the computer or something so I was just sitting there for no reason. The whole time I was waiting they would call other people's names or approach them when their car was done so I assumed they would do the same which was my mistake. Then they tell me I need the alignment, new rear tires, and my whole rear suspension and shocks are all rusted so I should replace those too.
This place was actually me getting a second opinion from what American Tire was telling me and they never mentioned anything about my rear tires or rear suspension so it again felt like they were trying to suck every buck out of me they could. I made up a reason I couldn't do the alignment right then and just left because I'm never going back there again.

Been a customer here for many years, used to be my go to vendor for tires.
Called ahead few days to get an estimate and check schedule for dropoff and was quoted $520 for my make/model brake pad replacement.
Show up first thing, after inspection, now its $1240 for brakes, telling me they cant "slap pads on there" and I need now rotors/ shocks/etc. Was already aware of the state of the rotors since I had them replaced last time and they were still in acceptable shape.
Long story short.. after being scoffed at when mentioning the previous phone quote and basically implied I was lying, super rude sales associate.
Called my other shop down the street and he was able to squeeze me in a on Saturday .. Car ready... Brakes done and new set of spark plugs for $305. Just Tires said it was $1240
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. BAIT/SWITCH and inflate simple repairs ...

I went in for new tires and gained so much more knowledge about all the services available at this location. The manager, Tony, is so friendly and respectful of what is actually needed for the car. He runs a great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cannot thank them enough for the services rendered on my car. I’ve always been a loyal to the dealership until I realized I’ve been missing out on better service with reasonable prices, no dealer markups. Thank you guys!

Bought two tires and after two months they wanted $50 to patch up one of the tires that’s leaking air. Don’t go here, plenty of other places that honor their warranty and will patch up your tires… especially if they sold it to you for no charge.

These guys are scam artists. I called them to see if they would patch my tire because there was a screw in it. They said come on down. When I got there it was pure bait and switch. Said they couldn't do it because the tire was over 3 years old. I had the receipt showing it was 2 years, 6 months. Nope, still wouldn't do it. Tried to sell me a new tire. "Corporate policy" he said. Yes, I'm sure it IS their policy to try to rip people off. DO NOT GO HERE. Use Ron's down the street. I only came here because Ron's was closed. I will wait and deal with somebody HONEST.

Fernando just totally helped me. assessed my tires at no charge . He put air in and checked the sensors totally felt like I was being taken care of and not just for money. I trust this place I will be back thank you Fernando.
