First time getting a car painted anywhere and I can definitely say this place is great! The quality of work is amazing! My car turned out better than when I originally purchased it. I have a great eye for details as I have experience in automotive detailing/paint correction and I can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommended and I will be taking another vehicle soon!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!This is the worse and most unprofessional mechanic shop I've ever been to. The owner, Tony, is nice but that's all a fake show. I went in to get my car repaired after an accident and my car was returned unfinished. I was missing my car emblem and hitch cap. Not a big deal so I told Tony about it and I was told they're waiting on the parts. After waiting for about a month of them not contacting me, I decided to call and check if my parts are ready. My calls were ignored and not returned for weeks, so I kept trying to get in contact. When I finally got in contact, I was told they got the parts and to come in to have it put on. When I showed up, the first time, I was told their mechanic called out sick so they can't get the job done. I don't live in the area and drove about 30 miles, one way, just to be turned away. This happened about 4 different times with me making an appointment, with the owner Tony, and time and time again I got different excuses. Today I had an appointment made with Tony the owner ,again, and guess what happened? Yeah..... same thing and they won't pick up my calls now. I don't understand why the owner, Tony, himself would be playing these type of games with customers. AVOID this place because it's a scam. Tony will return your car unfinished, and the work they do is Micky Mouse work. Like multiple people that have mentioned in reviews, my paint began to peel after 2 months. Take your money elsewhere. What you pay is not what you'd get in return. I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Oh, and their hours of operation is a lie too. They don't open on Saturday when it clearly states they do.Why why why play and toy with your customers, I do not understand....Services: Painting

I referred a friend her since I used them in the past. My friend came all the way from San Gabriel, an hour drive. I promised him a reasonable cost, great service, and reliability. He did not get the good service or reliability. My friend had some body work done on his car. There was a couple of small parts that needed to be special ordered but he was given his car back so he wouldn't have to wait, and when the parts came in he'd call my friend to stop by so the parts can be installed, just a few minutes job. My friend made multiple attempts to contact them to make an appt. to go in. They wouldn't answer the phone no matter what time it was, and when he did answer and make an appt. he'd tell my friend to go in on a certain day then he'd ghost my friend. No phone call, nothing. It is now going on a year and his lack of assistance in finishing the job after getting paid is ridiculous. I'm disappointed and feel bad since I'm the one who referred my friend. This is unacceptable and pathetic. That is NOT how to run a business. Do not have this place fix your car.

My car was hit by an object on the freeway leaving it looking pretty messed up. I contacted the owner of Japanese Auto body after filing a claim with my insurance, and had the adjuster there within a few days to look at the damages. I returned my car a week later for repairs, and i couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. My car is back to looking new. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

These guys are the most wonderful mechanics I've ever ran into in my whole life. If you need a small repair big repair or repair on auto body this is your place. Call them first before you go anywhere else you will not be disappointed

Someone hit my back bumper while exiting the parking lot and recommended Japanese Auto for me. I just picked up my car today and everything is excellent. Tony and his crew are extremely kind and hardworking. He even fixed some scratches I had in the front for free. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tony and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND fixing up my Nissan Altima which had driver side damage due to a hit and run. Japanese Auto Body really took care of me and made me feel like my car and I were a top priority. My car looks just like when I drove it off the lot. I had an incredible experience here! By the time they were done with my car it looked brand new- or better! Their work is pure art. I also found them to be professional and a pleasure to work with. Competitive rates and quick turnaround. Seriously cannot recommend enough.

Tony and Robert were initially fantastic to work with. They communicated well and were fair in their pricing upfront. However, the price at pick up magically added $1000 to quoted amount with no communication or heads-up in between. I have a written guarantee from them on some follow-up work that's need but after they got their money, they have been MIA. My calls and texts for a 6 weeks have been ignored. The paintjob was of low quality. It's a shame.Services: Painting
