I ordered Gourmet Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans Medley by Its Delish, 3 LBS Bulk Bag – Mix of Dark, Milk & White Chocolate Covered Roasted Coffee Beans. They sent a 2 LBS bag of milk chocolate espresso beans. I made a complaint and they said they will give a refund, and I expected it, but they will not respond back acknowledging my request for a refund, now I have to make a claim against them. They also included some packets of liquid and do not divulge what it is or how to dispose of it legally and safely.

I have used the soup mix in Chili and Spaghetti sauce. It is flavorful and helps thicken the sauces. Be careful to add enough liquid to rehydrate the mix. A little bit of the dried vegetables rehydrates significantly. Start with half a cup and adjust upwards.

Stay away from this company. I ordered almonds for my wedding and they sent the wrong item. Now I’m scrambling to find another way to get it and not much time left. First and last time ordering from them.

Over two weeks now I have not received my order. Just called to inquiry and was told that they were out of stock of my item. First time ordering from this company and it will be my last. My event is a few days aways and I don't have my items. I am very disappointed, this is very unprofessional!!

Fast service and shipping. Have tried the unsalted deluxe mixed nuts for the first time from this company. Very satisfactory. I'm pleased. I'm a nut lover and on a low salt diet; roasted but unsalted nuts are hard to find here in Minnesota. I will be buying again.

I purchased Gourmet Chocolate Covered Cherries Medley for my wife for Christmas . I wrapped them and put them under the tree. My wife opened them on christmas day and they were totally stale. I immediately reached out on Amazon and I got back they would look into it. A week later I reached out again and got right back they would look into it but still no action. a few days later I tried for a third time to contact them and I get our product is top quality! so I went back to Amazon and they will not help me because from lack of response from Its Delish it has now been over 30 days.

I was looking for whole cloves for making pomanders. Their website does have an unbelievably good price for 1#. They also said (on a Fri) that it would be to my address by Sunday, knowing my zip code.Also on Fri, after placing the order, the updates showed a shipping label having been made...by Tues, there were still no updates past the label. It had still not gone to USPS. I emailed a threat to have my payment stopped. Today is Wed; as far as I can tell, it's still in CA. It's coming by Borax mule train.After reading other reviews, it'll be interesting to see if it's actually whole cloves.

Received my shipment of pistachios . They tasted so bitter. Asks two friend to give me an opinion and they said,” they were bitter”.. i even bought a name brand small bag at Harris Teeter and compared them. You could definitely taste the difference! And texture as well. Both were raw.I called in to the company twice! Left msg’s w/ receptionist. (No dept’s??) so the owner had the receptionist call me back and, said they tasted them at thier facility & they're just fine and basically thats it!???♀️. Did not matter what. I paid 64.00 for them. So,..TERRIBLE service. I would never want to do business with people like this. Very rude and mean. Oh and they were’t whole nuts! Would not do business with such an unorganized business. Doesn’t even have a department for Consumer issues.?? I’ve never purchased something somewhere and there’s no return policies know anything it was really strange.

This company should be closed. I hadn't eaten anything one day last week. I had ordered 5 lbs of their chocolate covered raisins. I ate a small hand full. 15 minutes later, got serious sweats, vomiting and diarrhea really bad. Had to take off work. Didn't realize it was the raisins until about 26 hours of not eating, sitting on the thrown, I thought I'd eat a few chocolate covered raisins. I went through the whole ordeal again. When I asked for a refund, sending their product back to them requesting they test the product and alert a potential food borne problem with the lot number, my response was no refund due to product being open. No concern whatsoever about my health concerns. They only have the highest quality and process of their products. Lost over 4 days of work. Too bad I didn't see all their reviews before I bought their chocolate covered raisins!!! Avoid this company and product. I pray people with compromised immune systems didn't or will buy their product...
