It has been two years that IMS has closed down and the new business name is Northside Imports. Therefore, those negative review i see below are irrelevant to Northside Imports. I have a shop in Sun Valley and i drove by one day and saw that there was a new sign and i walked in and met them and set up an account with them. The inventory and the whole experience is night and day compared to the previous business. Their shelves are stocked to the brim with the highest quality of parts for affordable prices. I believe if i call for literally anything, they would most likely have it in stock since the warehouse is so big. They carry all european car parts, but i mainly focus on working BMW. Nice people, check them out!

Great customer service they have parts ready. Got lucky could not find anywhere else but they had it. You have to drive into like alley way but they had plenty of parking.

Do not do business with these scammers! Worst customer service and the guy working had the nastiest attitude from the moment i walked in. Unprofessional and disgusting people please avoid at all costs!! He was literally acting like a child walking around huffing and puffing cause i had a return. I regret giving these people my money and they only offer store credit but i hope i never see these people again!!

2000 BMW so far every part I needed they came through from front end suspension control arms, regulator for Windows and coils along with people the who work there are So if you have a Mercedes or BMW you might want to check them out first, price wise is reasonable also. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Paul is the man he is very nice and helpful and the prices aren't killer when getting the stuff for the ero cars when I have to fix any ero cars for customers I come here and usually is a 1stop shop for all the parts and they are good quality and time to time they have good oil and misc specials and I just grab a bit wile I'm at it so when I do need it its there.
