They advertise the car wash at Staples and offering $2 off on any car wash, even on the Basic one but when you go there they tell you they can’t discount $2 off on the Basic car wash… it is unfair and fake advertising. They can’t even override and do an exception. To the owner, if you advertise and give an incentive to come to your business, you should be able to offer it or remove your flyers and advertising from Staples.

This car wash has a broken credit card machine, and everything you try to pay you get stuck holding up the line. The lady comes out everything after 10 min saying if you honk I will not help you. This has been happening over a year and they won't fix. Also there equipment doesn't work great. And it's a terrible odor when you wash your vehicle. Terrible service.

Vacuum does not have any force! They want to save money so the vacuum does not suck any more. Every customer went to complain about this. So sad. This use to be a good place but owners got greedy.

You pay for “Dry & Shine” in Ultimate wash but they don't turn it on for you, saying that it is only in Royal Wash. However it is included in Ultimate wash

Horrible, someone was stuck/ water not working? Idk what was going on but people were trying to back out and no communication whatsoever from the staff.

Bad service didn’t let me wash my SUV because my grill had a crack. Whoever that big dude was he take it so serious been going there for years and never had an issue till today. Not going back for the prices I rather go down the street was nice going there while I could.

This business is only looking to take money away from their customers, doesn’t matter if you’ve been with them for years, they will find a way to increase rates, close earlier than they’re supposed to, and on top of that hidden chargers on your credit card. Also, some of the vacuums don’t even work sometimes. It says it closes at 8pm but most times they close their gates at 7:30pm. Very disrespectful for monthly paying customer.

Rude disrespectful employee with glasses offended us for throwing two bottles from the pick up truck before going into the wash so it doesn’t get wet instead of asking us. What are we doing? He just started yelling.

To whom it may concern,
My name is Franco, I am a monthly customer of your highest value package for a little over 1 year.
Up to this date of 2/27/24 I had nothing but the best experience at a car wash. A reliable, friendly and professional place for it's customers.
Perhaps today upon pulling up to the rails where you engage being pulled to start the wash.
There was a black Lexus in front of me. They engaged on reverse instead of neutral and backed up a little. I honked to warn them.
The attendant that was on duty at the wash, instead of managing the situation, she reprehended me for honking. I immediately reprehended her by telling Ng her she has to do her job in a calm way not with an attitude. She starts to move her hands, doing gestures that can be easily understood as a "shut up". The other attendant that was at the cashier's window came out to the wash area and instead of asking me what happened or de-escalating the situation, she also told me to stop complaining and to move forward.
I got out of the car and went to speak with Jerry the manager that was working on the credit card gate.
I did talk to him in a irritated manner and even cursed. Perhaps i told him what happened and said i wanted an apology.
He told me he was busy and looked way. Completely ignoring the situation.
I went on, did my wash. Once i was done, I went back to talk to the manager. He was nowhere to be found. The cashier the told me i could go online and complain.
I told her the disrespect and neglect was unacceptable and I would take this to it's full extents of the law, by reporting every single activity to it's corresponding law enforcement agency.
Her response was a laugh. I told her I would block the entrance and even if aware that would imply legal issues to me as well, I was willing to go to that extent in order to get someone responsible for the car wash to solve my issue immediately.
In the same moment i was walking toward the entrance, Carlos approached me and calmly, respectfully asked me what was going on.
I told him my version of the story as described above. He immediately apologize in behalf of the car wash. He did handle the situation as it should be, professionally. After he gave me the expected customer service, he politely asked me if I felt I went over the limit also with my irritation. Immediately I agreed with him and also apologized. There is nothing more honorable than recognizing when you're wrong. I did react in a extreme manner and I also apologize for it. I told Carlos if my membership is cancelled I do not care, same as my $45 won't make a difference for you, the car wash won't make difference for me. Perhaps the amount of legal matters that I do have the time, meanings and willingness to engage on against the car wash, it is a unnecessary situation for both ends, when it should, it must be resolved professionally and cordially.
Carlos was profesional and I got all wanted from him. An apology!
