After taking my printer to other places and being told that they couldn't repair it i decided to bring it to HBM to take a look at it and not only did they fix the issue George also gave me a Starbucks gift card to enjoy a coffee while i wait for it to be fixed!

They overcharge corruptly, but they will fix your machines properly. It's cheaper to send your product to the manufacture. HBM will overcharge you to the max, just below what it cost to do a full replacement. They don't charge for the work they do, they overcharge just up to the price of replacement. HBM are heartless crooks.

George, the man is a workaholic and a genius. Apparently his son is a genius as well. He’ll talk to you more about his family then the family business he and his brother have ran for over 3 decades. Anyways, these guys know their stuff… whatever you need, a machine, repair, or supplies. You call them and they are at your door at the latest the next day. Nothing but amazing, knowledgeable, super caring people at HBM.

I have an Epson P800 (and an Epson P900). I had such a great experience at House of Business machines, they knew exactly what the issue was and soon I was making perfect prints again! Thank you so much, I am just going to bring my machines directly to you all, I am so sick of dealing with Epson's terrible customer service!!

I always call House of Business Machines when we need our copier repaired in the office. George is a true professional and their technicians are fairly quick to solve any issues with the copier. I recommend their services regarding printers and scanners as well!

Overall great customer care! The technician that came to fix my canon copier was helpful and patient in finding what was wrong with it. I paid a reasonable price to get it serviced/repaired and now it works great, I would highly recommend HBM’s services to others in need as well!!

We stand by our one star experience. Epson ultimately paid damages based on actions taken by House of Business Machines. They were never responsive- in fact most times they would completely ignore messages, even when it appeared certain to become an expensive lawsuit. A demand letter asking for resolution and return of the equipment was also ignored, without any attempt to resolve it or return it. They never once apologized, even after Epson resolved by fixing the damage that was done while in their care, and reducing the initial quote of $4700 to $900 and throwing in brand new lamps to compensate for the damage. The fact the owner comments something misleading and lacking context 4 months after the fact is completely on brand based on our experience. Avoid the lack of professionalism and customer care by taking it to someone more responsive. As an owner you need to do better. The experience was completely unacceptable- when something happens, while unfortunate, you need to deal with it and communicate with the customer. Incredibly lucky Epson stepped up to the plate and resolved it as it was looking like at least $10,000 in damages and lost equipment. Shameful behavior is never rewarded long term.

I love this place! My Epson Projector is out of warranty so I found House of Business Machines as service center from Epson.com . Actually the other service center is closer to me, but I yelped before I went there. Anyway I changed to House of Business Machines at the last second. $45 for estimation which is fair enough, and George they kept my projector for 3 days and told me that my main board might be broken and it is expensive, might cost $700~800. George helped me get an extension of warranty. I paid $75 for handling and shipping fee, but they got me a brand new projector!!! They are great and they just wanna help us and save our money. I am really lucky that I chose them and I appreciate their work.

My high end color printer was crashing with fatal errors. HBM took in my machine, within 3 hrs called with the diagnosis and repair estimate and the next day the repair was completed. They did a fast, excellent job at a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them for high quality and fast repairs!

Have no hesitation. George knows his stuff and is honest and extremely helpful. Old school service and customer support. He takes the long view, and has won a return customer in me at some point in the future when another printer inevitably fails.

This company knows the machines and the craft of repairing them. The technician knew exactly what to do. They were able to describe my issue and explain the solutions in ways that I could understand.
