“Hotel is convenient if visiting North Hollywood. Rooms are above average. They are clean and adequately sized. Patio is nice. Workout room below average. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Bring your eye shades! Rooms are very bright in the morning. If you like a dark room you are out of luck as the shutters do not block out light. Also bring your ear plugs. I heard doors slamming all night. Would return for the convenience.”

“I was extremely impressed with this hotel during my 3-night stay. Everything about it was top notch. The free breakfast was delicious for hotel food, especially the 1-minute automatic pancakes - great variety. The room was clean and inviting; I could tell it was well taken care of. The staff was professional, attentive, and available.Most of all, I felt safe. The surrounding area appears a little sketchy (but that's honestly LA as a whole). However, a security guard was posted at the door during the day, and two staff attended the front desk overnight (and, I assume, would keep a close eye on the premises). The parking garage was fully lit, and I felt comfortable leaving for the airport early in the morning.Should I come to LA again, I will be sure to stay here again. Easy choice.”

“Stayed for a trip and the staff was so welcoming, the guy at the front desk ( Carl ) knows how to do his job with a great caring attitude and knows how to make people feel welcomed and informed. Slept great ! And got some breakfast in the morning I didn’t know how start the waffle machine and this lovey woman named Laura that works here , helped me out , she was so caring and attentive ! I hope the people get recognition for doing their job and making this experience so welcoming and comfortable wanting to come back to this location again such great hospitality!!!
Rooms: Laura maintained my room , left everything so nice and tidy, everything was so spot on , thank you Laura for making my stay comfortable!
Food & drinks: The breakfast was tasty , and the staff member Laura kept everything tidy and clean, she was so kind and welcoming made me feel great that I chose this location”

“Wonderful room with a jacuzzi tub and spacious and good price in a desirable neighbirhood near Universal Studios. Staff was very nice, they allowed my cat to stay and I would definitely stay again. Beautiful room and safe property. “Summer,” and her mother were both lovely people.”
“This place had almost everything you ask for from a hotel. The room had soft and clean beds, strong water pressure, and a cold mini-fridge. The pool and hot tub were also nice and clean.The reasons the hotel lost a star from me was one of the front desk clerks wasn’t very polite and the lack of breakfast options.”

“We have booked 3 times and its always a great one. Great location, plenty of parking and the Movie nights at pool next to bar are the best. They also have a trolley to Universal.”
