I spoke with a very nice representative who explained to me the trouble there is with animal care. We do not have enough resources to care for the vulnerable fur babies that we have on the street. Luckily I was able to save the little one I called about. Calling here really helped me understand what I needed to do. So I highly recommend speaking with them about any animal concerns. They will direct you to the right place.

I don't like it if you have to euthanize your pet, you can't be present in that last moment. I once had a horrible experience with euthanasia for my cat, and I would never leave another pet that I love alone to face that plus, I don't trust that they use a strong enough product that ends it quickly, etc. Or that they might use sick animals for research, since they're already giving up on.

Thank you for saving our kitty girl callie <3 We brought our newly adopted 6 year old cat here to be spayed and they found she had pyometra, a very scary infection unfixed cats can get. They successfully completed this risky surgery for an incredible price. The surgery she underwent normally costs thousands of dollars and we simply would never be able to afford that kind of price anywhere else. this place is amazing so hospitable too i love u holiday humane society :)
