Took my wife to get her hair done.Very bad service by Jovana didn’t explain what she was going to do with hair nor did she gave me a price and over price the work charge $530.spend 5 hours .For a very unprofessional work.She guaranteed that the hair style was going to look good.Asked for a specific hair style and show her exactly what I wanted didn’t get it .Jovana it’s a lire and a con-artist .I got rip-oof with $530 for a very bad job
Requested style: Brazilian hair style.There were no highlights and promise that the hair would remaine straight for 6 months and only lasted 3 day.Jovana it’s a lire and con-artist.My wife was very unsatisfied with her hair style.WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE

WORST haircut I have gotten in 30 years and I was charged $70 for it. My hair is SOOOO crooked, I either have to pay more money for someone to fix it, or try to do it myself. The place was a zoo, they try to get you in and out, most awful experience. They claim they are affordable but they are not. The only thing cheap there is the quality of their work. AWFUL.

I hope they're not doing waxing anymore I got a wax here (Brazilian) 10 years ago and to this day it remains the funniest and most uncomfortable wax experience of my life. I was taken into a "room" with a curtain as a door. I'm on my back and spread eagle and the wax lady keeps coming in and out of the room, curtain flying everywhere. I just remember laying there super awkward with my vagina out wondering what this lady was doing and why it was taking so long. I am convinced now she was not licensed and was probably watching YouTube tutorials! I logged in to my Groupon account after years of not using it and was reminded of this experience hahaha. Good for them staying open all this time.

Janet didn't do what I asked for I had multiple pictures of what I exactly wanted and got the opposite. She tried fixing it different times and I had told her never mind because she kept trying to tone it and put more brown after BLEACHING my whole hair . like girl my hair was brown you knew you messed up and can't come to a agreement and give me back my refund . Sorry don't recommend her not sure about the others .

I would highly suggest not to go there. My hair turned out brown ash and I asked for baby blonde balayage. My natural hair color is dark blonde.

I called in for an appointment the same day. They told me to go in and after about 5 minutes I was sitting in the chair ready for my haircut. Rosie did exactly what I asked for. She was very professional with my hair. She took her time and made sure everything was correct. I’ve been going through a lot emotionally and this haircut made me feel so much better. I’m IN LOVE with my haircut! THANK YOU!

The location of the salon isn't desirable but the price and service were great. I used Groupon for Brazilian blowout and was pleased with the service.

Juan Carlos is really talented. I just asked for full highlights that look natural and I trusted the process- looks fantastic. I'm so happy with his result. I said very little and let him work on cutting and bleaching pieces of my hair. 2 hours later and I'm a brand new woman.

Dionicia does a great job. She was very polite. And the haircut she did amazing. I also had a friend go do her hair the results were stunning. Ya'll need to ask her Dionicia. And her prices the best. I give her super 5 star.

I've seen this place on Groupon for years but didn't make the jump until someone recommended trying them out. My hair is very complicated and most of the time I just keep it short so as not to deal with the hassle. After trying multiple "High-end" salons and getting bad haircut after bad haircut, I decided to give them a go. Now mind you, it isn't that every hair salon is bad, it's about the consistency. I could get a decent haircut here and there, but nothing steady from one place. Some spots just don't make me comfortable, and 9 times out of 10 they'll do something I specifically don't want. Not with this place. It finally feels like I found a salon that understands my hair. It was like they understood my issues with other places without me having to explain them! They knew how people tapered thick hair because of a lack of experience. The vibe is very chill and welcoming. The kindness, compassion, thoroughness, and TIME they put into getting me a fabulous Brazillian Blowout is greatly appreciated! They even stayed after closing hours to get the job done properly. :) My only issue is my hair still smells kind of funky, but that must be from the chemicals. They do a TRUE Brazillian Blowout here, not some knockoff. I give four stars because I'm thrilled with the attention to detail, knowledge, and service. The odor, I hope will dissipate and I will definitely give them another shot to discuss it. If things go well, this will be my new, permanent place.

I didn't get the results I wanted. Instead, they bleached my hair, did a poor highlight job and then told me it was my wording even though I had multiple pictures of what I wanted. Very unprofessional and will get the hair dye all over your face and neck.

I called 2 weeks in advance to get my hair done the day before Thanksgiving. I specifically asked to book with Betty. When I arrived, Betty handed me off to another stylist without confirming if that was ok with me but they were busy so I was understanding (although I do think it was unprofessional of her). I believe the other stylist name was Dion. I asked for a balayage and showed her the pic and she proceeded to tell me how expensive balayage is and wanted to make sure I’m not going to be mad when I get the price. I told her whatever it costs I want it. Welp she gave me tiger stripe highlights! She left me under the dryer with bleach on and another stylist came up and touched the dryer and said “caliente!” And turned it off and touched my foils and they argued a bit in Spanish. My hair is ruined, I’m having breakage, hair fallout and my scalp is flaking. This place is dirt cheap I only paid around $200 for cut & color, but my hair ruined and when I went to another salon they told me my hair is too sensitized to dye at the moment so I have to use Olaplex and wait a bit before coloring again.Attached is the photo I showed her and what I came in with vs what I ended up with…
