However don't judge a book by its cover they say, once you park in the structure and enter the plaza it's a different world! Full of energy and people on the weekends-it a happening place!The weekdays when I been here is a little more calmer and quiet. Seriously though, this place hadn't changed in appearance since the 90s! Kinda charming in a way. H-Mart and the International Food court are the attraction, but the plaza had so much more.
