don't lose your receipt! this is not HD, they will not accept returns without the physical receipt. also, Check the boxed products to see everything's inside.I bought smoke detector. and guess it was one that someone returned. It was missing components. and it took me 45 mins to convince them to give me a new one.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I drive 20mins further to go to a different store just because they are the worst workers there!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service just like all the others said. It starts with management so there's your first problem. And policies about going in and out and having to wait in line multiple times is absolutely ridiculous. I'll never shop here again. Maybe that's why the parking lot was so empty today. Employees don't have a clue about construction or even items they carry or where they are located. Time is money. Save your money and shop elsewhere. ????

This store needs to conduct training on customer service. I stood at cashier window while she hid behind the computer screen chatting to an employee and texting on her cellphone. Didn’t even see me standing there. When she did see me, it’s like I interrupted her day by wanting to purchase materials. They stand in groups chatting avoiding to assist clients. Horrible! The worst customer experience. You are paid to assist and to work. Not to stand around and chat.

Absolutely no customer service, employees will just waste time on their cell phones, chitchat but won't help you. The service desk left half hour before the store closes. Seems like either the Company doesn't care about its customers or they have too much money to waste on the payroll.
