Never Again!Took my little one in. Asked for a shower nails n mouth wash. Specially asked them not to cute any hair. They cut her hair n the shower wasn’t good. NEVER AGAIN GENESIS ?

Friday February 24,2023 I brought my dog here to get her haircut. I only wanted her face and her private area cut and it cost me $35 with a wash and trim. I have brought my dog here before and I have been pleased with the results because I admit my dog is a hassle to cut her hair but to this day I am honestly upset. I understand that accidents happened but not letting the owner know if something happened with their dog is a big NO. Right after I picked up my dog , she looked good she smelled good. But I was not told an absolute thing but how much the total was and a quick bye. I got into my car and I was looking a bit more into her eye and it looked red and she had a bald spot on her skin near her eye. I went to a vet and they told me it was a razor burn and now her eye is as well swollen. The fact I WAS NOT told this when I did get her is so upsetting and it's questioning what these " good reviews " actually say. EVEN THEN , if my dog did have this injury before she went in the worker themselves SHOULDVE told me. It would've been professional. So please be more careful and actually open to telling dog owners what happen and if their dog came in with a certain injury or left with an injury. Talking is not hard.

The customer service is great I have never had a problem with them of any sort and I’ve been going them for about 6 years. All of my dogs absolutely love going to this pet grooming.

Other grooming places half-assed the job. My 1 year old Newfoundland is a lot to deal with because of all the energy she has, not to mention separation anxiety. But they dealt with her! They did what other groomers couldn't. She is trimmed, they got rid of matting, and she's clean! Super grateful for this place. Will be coming back.

This place is a hidden gem. Great prices for the service provided. This was my dogs first time getting professionally groomed and they did an amazing job. He looked like a new dog and was so happy. I was especially please with the staff, they made my dog feel comfortable, which is a big deal, he's a rescue and normally very timid. Would definitely recommend.

I'm always happy with the results. They do a great schnauzer cut. The owner remembers how I like my baby styled. I don't have to tell him all the time. I can tell the they really care about their furry clienteles.

I've taken my dogs Philippe and Brooklyn here since 2015 and do not regret it for a moment. After taking my dog to Petco or Petsmart and having terrible experiences: my dog would fear going in to any of those groomers, he would pee on himself, and would come back scared and just not himself. The day I took my dog into Genesis dog grooming and picked him up it was such a different experience, in a good and positive way- to my surprise my dog was happy and wagging his tail upon picking him up. Since then every single time I take both of my dogs they are received with a smile and just the way the owner refers to and handles each one of my dogs that alone is a winner in my book. The prices are reasonable and the time they take to groom them is also reasonable as the other places I mentioned they will keep my dog up to eight hours. Every single time they get groomed they come back with a cute bandanna and every time they smell so good. I would highly recommend this Groomer. The owner and the staff seemed to love dogs and love what they do.

I SAW ONE OF THE WORKERS GRAB A DOG REALLY HARD AND THEY CRIED. I SAW AND HERD THIS FROM OUTSIDE THE SHOP. HOW SAD I HAD MY DOG WITH ME AND COULDN’T IMAGINE THAT BE HER :( ZERO STARS GUYS
