Both shift managers and the store security. Make themselves look like fools in front of customers on the reg. It's sad to watch. It used to be funny. Now it's just sad. The regional manager should step in. I go to Ralph's instead more often than not now. I don't need the stress of watching them bumble. The keystone cops of grocery stores. Pathetic.

I’m waiting in line for over 30 mins on a Saturday because they only have two registers open and no self check out and the cashier for my line tried to come and put a closed sign out with a line running all the way to the back of the store. Disabled customers are languishing trying to stand on the concrete floors. This is BAD BUSINESS! Who do they think they are to make their customers suffer for any reason at all? I don’t blame the manager of the store who is a nice guy, but I blame the greedy corporate food chain grocers who don’t want to pay employees enough money to service the communities and they don’t want to have adequate staff to meet the needs. They agreed to blame. I wonder how much extra money they made by inconveniencing their customers so badly.
Upon completion, it was 15 minutes from getting into line and paying and leaving the store and I only bought $50 worth of stuff.

Always have mixed feelings. Security aint ish here. So much goes on and the customers have to deal with the drama and long lines. If you're short staffed then hire people. I myself applied ? anyways, the good side is the restrooms arent bad and they usually are stocked up
