Prices are great. Selection of cigars is eh, some sneaky bangers for sure 858, straight jacket, Padron natural . I told the employee a section of cigars had mold on it. I tried to stress the urgency, but he didn't really care. I purchased some cigars anyways, 858 smoked great. I will give them another chance for sure.

This place does not wear masks during the virus, very upsetting, but the main problem for me is the customer service. My friend was taking a while to pick out her glass pipe, and the man was happy to show her all the options at first, but then the owner/ man working was very rude and rushed us, and when we asked for the total he said "it must be around 100$" like na, we asked for the total, not an estimate. He wasnt be straight with us. We needed to know if there was tax included so she could quick pay me for her part. Finally after he wouldn't tell us the total, she quick payed me what she thought was the right amount and THEN the guy rings up all our items, and tells me the total, adding on extra taxes that were not part of the total. So my friend had to send me more money (3$) for her items. This all could've been avoided if this place had good customer service skills and was able to tell us the total with tax from the beginning. Then finally I pay using quick pay, and it's going through, the guy said "Nope" and I was like what? Because I had to use face Id so he assumed it didn't go through. Then he says "prove it" wtf? Who says this to a paying customer? Very rude, will not be returning, there are way better places to go. The lady working there did not know what a 14 guage female rig was. She said she doesn't know about bongs. So why do you work at a smoke shop lol. go to giftworks up the st for a great experience and good prices.

Love this spot, they got all the frontos leafs! From true fronto, fronto king, rollos, gorilla leaf, fronto master n more. Hard to find a good variety up in van nuys Sherman oaks area!!! They also got a nice vape juice selection and all the hype , buzz n puff bars in the world !

I ordered 3 boxes of cigars. Paid extra for 2 days shipping. It's been 5 business days. Its somehow lost in transit by UPS. Called Famous Smoke Shop help line only to be told there nothing they can do and that they are not responsible for the shipping. Very disappointed with the service. I got the cigars as a gift for a friend. Now I have to find a place to pick up something I can gift.
