I took my car to this place and i regret it soo much i can not put it in words how much i regret it to this day. They took my car in after I had a minor accident on the freeway i talked to my insurance and at the beginning everything seemed to be going smooth, little did I know they NEVER keep contact with my insurance I waited 2 weeks, heard NOTHING from them, at the third week I contacted them asking if my car was going to be ready soon since it had been 3 weeks already. They told me on the phone that they had not even touched my car, that they were waiting for an appraiser or whatnot, excuses after excuses. Bottom line I went to the shop in person, and my car was in a horrible state. The bumber was hanging down, and nothing had been done absolutely NOTHING. I called my insurance right after, and the insurance was confused why they never started the initial repairs since they got paid the initial sum of money. They did not get anything done i got tired of the whole situation and got my car out of the shop, insurance ended paying more than 6k to get the car off their lot because of parking lot fees they said and i ended leaving the shop upset with a vehicle that was suppose to be fix. don't usually write reviews, but I make an exception in a few places. This place has gained their place on my blacklist for sure. Is too bad I can not put a negative review lower than 1 star is what they deserve honestly.PS: Please stay away from this place. Horrid customer service and management are the worst i have seen in a business. If you're taking your car here, please think twice, 3 or times is not worth headache or "parking fees on their lot". And people who have their cars already there, please follow the work very close and if it does not get done or they start give you the run around call your insurance and take it somewhere else like I did. Take it to a real professional shop. This place is NOT professional at all!!

Aris was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and reliable and made my car brand new. I enjoyed the great communication and promptness in dealing and solving my issues with my car. George is amazing! Wanted to go to a place that really knows their stuff about cars and I was not disappointed. My car has fiberglass in its doors and hood, George fixed it and did it in a timely manner.

Got side swiped in a parking lot and they did a great job of repairing the damage; buffed out the scuffs, removed the dents, and matched the paint beautifully. Can't recommend enough.

Ask for Aris. I did give an awesome experience for being in a horrible situation when somebody destroys your car. They had my Mercedes C 300 looking better than New.

Took my car in to get a scratch painted on my bumper. They were real professionals they had it done in 2 hours, price was very fair and reasonable. They know what they are doing and are very professional on the phone. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Thank you so much George and team!

I know absolutely nothing about cars, other than how to drive it and fill it with petrol, so I was recommended by a friend to visit this body shop. My first experience here was incredible! Not only was I greeted with warm welcomes by the receptionist, but Mike and George were so helpful in assessing what my car needed, explaining, and most importantly pricing. I'm happy to say my family and I have officially found our forever car guys, and we highly recommend anyone looking to pay them a visit!

Wow. My insurance company recommended them and I did feel a bit more assured after reading through all the great reviews but I had no idea that they would single-handedly restore my faith in excellent customer service. Everyone was so efficient and kind and everything kept going so smoothly that I starting checking over my shoulder to see if I was being filmed or something. My car had been severely side-swiped and the completed repair is absolutely flawless and was finished in only a week. There was a minor issue with the paint that I doubt I ever would have noticed but Aris did and asked if he could have it back for one more day to make it perfect. And he did. And Isabel is very knowledgeable, helpful and quite pleasant to talk to. I'm still scratching my head about how they manage to run a business this way when everyone else is making customers feel like they're a necessary evil. Truly, if you are looking for a terrific auto body shop that you can trust, your search is over. There is no possible way it can get any better than this.
