Worst customer experience. Coming from a person who has no knowledge on auto parts. First of all. Disrespectful & rude. Came for a part & found it online for $100 & this place charging me $400, even discussed the return policy which was guaranteed. Came back to return the part, turns out we didn't need it in the first place. Told them the situation then they threaten if we did it again they would take $100 from us for returning & The employee Stuart has quite the mouth on him when he doesn't get what he wants I suggest he gets a life lesson to Humble down & understand the service is to welcome back customers not turn them away.

My car was hit when it was parked. I was recommended to contact this business for the parts. I provided information about my car and the parts that my body shop requested me to get. After comparing with the prices that I got from two other places. I received the best pricing from this business, in addition to the excellent communication I received from their customer service team. This was a smooth transaction and delivery of the parts I needed for my car with competitive pricing. I would recommend this business.

I was driving on the highway today when I got cut off by a truck that had "express body parts" advertisements all over it. I had the right of way and when I gave him a honk He gave me the middle finger. I can only assume that it was an employee or owner. In which case, I don't really want to give them my service.
