Armenia is a great guy and stands by his work. Even though it had been close to a year since my van was worked on by them, he let me bring it in and he solved the issue at no charge.

E-Z Transmission is the best transmission service/repair facility I have ever been to. I had my 2006 MBZ-E350 trans. repaired there and was very happy with the job. Although in a tight spot with a few other businesses, they Know their transmissions!!! Armen the manager is very very honest and pleasant to work with. Very sincere, organized and hard working. Jobs done with quality and very timely. I also noticed that a lot of the independent auto dealers in the area send there cars there for service and verification of transmission functioning properly. I highly recommend E-Z.Trans.Service to all my friends and family. Stan.S from Burbank.

They make their own customers! It was raining and their mechanic was following too closely to me and rear ended me. He was driving someone else's car, maybe a client's car. He spun some story about how he's a mechanic and they could meet me at their place and could fix my car. I said hello no! I kept asking for the guy to give me his license, insurance, and registration. He didn't give me anything and had his boss try to talk to me and say they're going to fix my car. I kept saying, hello no. I said I'm going to have my own insurance look into fixing my car. I drive to the police station to make a police report about what happened. How did they know where I was going and was at the police station before I was? They tried to flash their paperwork in front of me and get me to go back to their place to get the information from them. I wouldn't leave the police station and wasn't following them anywhere. "Give me whatever you have and we can do this inside the police station." The owner said he felt uncomfortable inside the police station. WTF? Let's just exchange the information and get back to life. They wouldn't do it. After almost an hour of arguing trying to get information from the owner and his spinning story after story about how he had to go pay his employees, etc. I stepped out of the police station and tried to get the information from them and he tried to say he'd pay me for the damage if I followed him back to his shop. I said when he's done paying his employees that he can come back to the police station and we can exchange the information. He still wouldn't do it. In the end the police had to get involved. I stepped into line to make a official police report. The owner stood in line right by me. I didn't care. I was going to get my report regardless of what he said. He went to speak to an officer who was offering to give information. It was that officer who finally got them to give up their license information. It took him 5 minutes to take down all the information. These people are scammers! If you're legitimate and do things properly it shouldn't be this hard. You've got no reason to be afraid of the police! I waited for the guy to leave first afterwards and they went to my car and started taking pictures and was all over my car. Then they started making claims about my insurance damaging my car to inflate a claim. What kind of criminals are they? Stay far away from these people. Guess they thought they were going to get an easy scam out of me. They were wrong. I didn't cave.

Crooks that lie and cheat. Never replaced mounts and refused to acknowledge that they were old. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS . Won't honor warranty

The owner of this place is the definition of a crook. Thought I was d*** and lied about replacing mounts that we're completely worn. Tried to point at my motor mount and say "look it's fine , I replaced transmission mount." AVOID THIS PLACE . Mechanics here are scammers and lie straight to your face as they rob you of your hard earned cash. I've never been treated like this by anyone. What a disgrace to mechanics everywhere. People like this are why they have a bad name. CROOKS AND THEIVES STAY AWAY LIKE YOUR CAR AND MONEY DEPEND ON IT.

I went in & asked for help when my car's transmission shut down. The owners, Armen & Johnny literally told me to go f*** myself when I told them I didn't have the warranty papers but would gladly pay with cash due to desperation. Very unacceptable behavior.
