I'm from out of town and needed a manicure and pedicure before an event. I walked in and the man looked at my nails and said I needed acrylic because my nails are thin. I explained that I wanted my nails very short and he said ok. The girl that did my pedicure was fantastic. But my nails...I'm at an event right now and I'm so embarrassed for anyone to see how terrible my nails look. They are all different lengths, thicknesses and there is clear gel polish on my fingers and it's peeling upwards. Another thing to note is that there is no price list anywhere in the place so I have no idea what the pricing structure was.

Honestly my favorite guilt pleasure is coming here. Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I’ve come here in the past close to closing time and they’ve fit me in.

So ghetto, the lady doing acrylics in the front whom I assumed was the owner was using profanity repeatedly and kept jumping out of her seat to go outside and check on her old minivan cursing at whomever parked next to her claiming they were hitting her door….She was doing it while servicing a gentleman before me and when I got in her chair I wasn’t spared any less from her foolishness. I heard the gentleman point out she cut him. When it was my turn I got 2 cuts, the second time I got upset and pointed it out she got real defensive and looked she was ready to kick me out of her salon, I’ve never seen a nail tech get that aggressive. The lady that does feet is super nice and accommodating, two stars for her. Salon looks like it hasn’t had a remodel since the 90s. Too many establishments in SFV to give money to a place like this that displays such a poor lack of professionalism.

My daughter and I have been coming to Jenny for 10 years she’s so sweet and does a really great service ! Her and Kelly have an amazing energy and I always love our conversations. Definitely recommend

I didn't have an appointment. I think appointment's are necessary for this place because only two people were on staff at the time I came in so there was a little wait. I left satisfied and my nails were as I had hoped so I will be back BUT with an appointment!

Every time I see these pictures and think about the servidI get upset. My birthday nails and when I expressed it to her she was very nonchalant. Never went back. I see the reviews and it seems like their quality work varies based off the color of your skin and that's unacceptable.
