I have to grade a star because I can’t post a review without one but This facility doesn’t deserve a star at all. Staff and doctors are so rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies. They don’t stay true to your appointment time. Very unprofessional.

By far the WORSTTTT office I have came across. Angine at the front desk is HORRIBLE. You ask for something? Ok, it'll take her dayssssssss then she will say "I've sent it" when in reality she hasn't done anything. She is rude and very disrespectful to patients. Most of their patients are elderly and the way she speaks to them seems like they are 5 years old. The Dr is overall good. But her office is a shit-show. She employs a bunch of clowns who do not know how to do their jobs. There was another girl that was working at front desk(don't know her name) she was wonderful super respectful and nice. Unfortunately she left. Dr Zarine should 100% look into employing better front desk girls as Angine brings her reputation down by being so disgustingly rude.

I don't even believe she's a doctor. She just likes to write you up pills not caring if there is a actual problem. I use to get very bad headaches and I thought nothing of it because all she would give me is ibuprofen but ones I changed my doctor I found out I have sinus problems. Even the office is a mess they don't know how to do their job. For example I had a emergency appointment that I took a day off from work I drove all the way down there I'm calling nobody picks or opens the door but I decided I will wait because it was lunch hour (even tho it was passed lunch hour time ) while I'm waiting I see one of the staff open the door for somebody ( which it looked like it was a gift or some package) I walked up to the staff and asked why aren't you guys picking up or opening the door when I knock her response was the doctor didn't come in today and I was so upset because in the morning I got a text from the office saying confirm your appointment so I asked her why didn't nobody call me or send a message and her response was oh the front desk probably forgot. This shows that if it's beneficial for then they will help but if your a regular patient it doesn't matter.

Worst office staff I have ever seen and extremely rude and disrespectful. The doctor is extremely extremely unknowledgeable and is over booked that you have to stay over 2 hours when you have appointment. And it takes about a month to get an appointment even during emergency cases. Please avoid this doctor.

Both my mother and sister who are sick went to see this "Doctor " . She wanted Cash from them to fill out paperwork . Cash under the table In amounts of $1500.00. When my mother told her that she can't afford that and she is actually sick and not trying to do Fraud she told my mother she's fine and it's In her head. She told my sister to take Phentermine to lose weight instead of actually writing her a prescription for what she really needed because that would mean she wouldn't be able to make extra cash off of her.

I was abused by dr Zarine Ter-Poghosyan 10/27/2020 in her office on 12507 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, 91606. On July 2020 I went to the doctor Zarine Ter-Phogosyan (pcp) cos I have some problems with my stomach and I also have back pain. She gave me some pills for my stomach and gave me referral to the physiotherapist and she said I need to come back in two months and if I don't feel better she will give me referral to the gastroenterologist and to the orthopedist. So I went to her on Tuesday October 27 and I said that my problems are still there and that I probably need to see the specialists. And then she started to act very odd. She started to look something in my case (her notes about my health) and started to ask me questions like: why you choose me as your pcp? Am I your first PCP? Did you have another one? She became very rude to me. I said: you were my first doctor and then when my insurance has changed 1 year ago, they automatically changed my PCP. But when I got Medi-Cal, I choose you again as my primary doctor. Then she asked why you came back to me? I was so confused! I asked her why are you asking me those questions? What is the problem? She said: because I don't understand what's going on. I need to talk to another pcp you had, I need to talk to your insurance. I was like why? I don't understand what's going on? She didn't answer and said I ll call your insurance and will ask them to find you another pcp. I was so confused! Also she said that she will request the records and notes of consultations with other doctors i had. Then she started to blame me that I haven't visited the pulmonologist 1 year ago (she gave me the referral a year ago) , but when I was visiting her 3 months ago she didn't say anything about that. I felt so bad! I felt like I was being interrogated! She was very rude to me and seemed to blame me for something and then she just left the office and said to the receptionist to get my records. I ended up crying in the waiting room, receptionist tried to calm me down. Doctor Zarine knew she had brought me to tears, but she didn't say a word to me. I needed to get help from her but I got just human rights abuse! Avoid this place if you care about your mental health.

It is unfortunate that, I had to give one star. If it was up to me this so called "Dr. Ter-Poghosyan" would get 0 stars. It's very sad that in my Community there is a physician like her. I'm extremely disappointed with the care she provides her patients. Trust is a big component of the relationship between patients and their doctor, however Dr. Ter-Poghosyan, you can't trust her. She never communicates with her patients. Everyone makes mistakes now and then, but a pattern of sloppiness, communication problems, and errors suggests that something is going on behind the scenes. Small problems or mistakes, such as failure to return calls, ordering incorrect tests, or neglecting to update a patient's records, may not initially seem like a big deal. But, a series of small careless errors boosts the likelihood could eventually end up dealing with the consequences of a serious, life-threatening mistake, which causes a patient to lose their life. Please do your research and don't waste your time or energy going to her office. HORRIBLE!!! That's all I can say!!

I like Dr Zarine md I've seen her 8years in a row very intelligent me to do more than rx refills check liver check stomach ulcer check for prostate cancer reference to pain clinic for my dental appointment surgeon also for a fee fixes crow's feet or wrikels around both eyes appointment for side pay service men and women s grade a family practice me Dr Zarine md.

This "doctor" is disaster!!!!! STAY AWAY!She doesn't care about her patients!!!All she cares about is her patient who does Botox or filler over there, (which by the way, she does it very unnatural) well come on this is family practice, my parents (60 and 61 years old) have Medi-Cal and she is their primary doctor, UNFORTUNATELY! Yeah we are changing her! enough is enough! we are so over with her disrespectful attitude and unprofessional behavior!

She is very intelligent & knowledgeable doctor. She treats her patients kindly & friendly. She knows exactly what to ask to find out what is the patient‘s needs & concerns & how she can treat & make the patient get well quicker. She also have the best staff in the office. Every one know how well to make patient feel while waiting. If anyone don’t understand something they explain step by step being very friendly & respectful. May God Bless You All. UMMM... This "doctor" doesn't know diddly squat ...I have gone to her a couple of times for second opinion and she is incompetent... She spends like 2./5 seconds with you and her tone is condescending. She said something about my pap smear and it freaked me out...I called my gyno crying !!! Who gave her a diploma?!?!?

I got assigned this doctor through Medi-Cal, despite requesting a different doctor (that I had actually been to before). I had my fourth appointment with her today at 9:15am. We were told at 9:30 that the doctor was on her way (as she was not currently in office). She arrived at 11:06am. I saw her at am.Waiting time: . This was my fourth time in the office and the wait time is ALWAYS well over an hour. In addition to that, the doctor doesn't listen. I came in the first time with a recommendation from two other doctors for a SSRI for my OCD. She refused to give me an SSRI because she thought "my depression was temporary because I'm far from family." I do NOT have depression, I made that very clear multiple times and that I was here for OCD NOT depression but it still wasn't until my third appointment that I was given the SSRI. Then, she told me she would call in my prescription "in the next 15 minutes" but it took her over 2 hours and then it was only called in because I called the poor receptionist. (I feel very bad for the receptionist, I'm sure she deals with a lot of frustrated patients because of the doctor.) The doctor also wanted to do a papsmear this month even though I'm not due for one until next summer. I declined, as I would prefer to continue getting my papsmears with my gynecologist when needed. I think the doctor means well but this office is a complete mess. It is by far the most frustrating doctors office I've been to, and that's saying something. I'll be requesting a new doctor from Medi-Cal asap. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!

Here we go.... I hate to do this but it must be done! My mom and dad were patients to this doctor and this ridiculous and low budget maybe a front for something office and thank god they got out before it was too late. My mom and dad are legit sick, and I say "legit" because the doctor charges in cash for everything besides my parents having a Medicare that she billed for I don't what lol. The "Doctor" doesn't care for her patients, she is running that office to make quick cash, and billing the patients on top of getting cash. If she has to fill out a patient report or diagnosis or whatever she will charge over a $1,000 and it doesn't matter if the patient is really ill and in urgent need of that report. You can tell her your dying and she will NOT care unless there's money involved or if she needs to send you to the lab for blood work, and the lab owner is her man ! My dad was in need of medical supply stuff being really sick with kidney and prostate problems and she asked for cash in order to write up a prescription. Smh what is this world coming to lol. She needs to be reported to the state medical board because she doesn't deserve to have that license with a cold heart and nonchalant attitude towards these poor patients that find her office convenient because of the location and because she can speak their language.
