Absolutely embarrassingly slow. Having a drive through is a joke if you're going to wait 10-15 minutes per car in front of you. Nothing but compassion for the underpaid and overworked pharmacy staff, and nothing but contempt for this embarrassment of a company we're forced by circumstance to deal with.

( CVS PHARMACY ) Hi my name is Darius Jackson Dad Last name is Lozada ! This post is regarding Two CVS PHARMACIST 1.Tatevik Melkoumian, RPh 2. Azin Gholami Shekarsaraei, RPh I served in the Navy and suffer from PTSD as well as Sever ADHD . I have a high standard for professionalism and I must say prior to these two Pharmacist , I have had bad experiences trying to get my medication filled with CVS Monthly at this particular location as well as 2 others . The level of professionalism that Pharmacist Tatevik Melkoumian and Azin Gholami Shekarsaraei has displayed in assisting me promptly and explaining to me protocols with taking my particular medication. My experience since with this particular Pharmacy has been amazing and I would recommend anyone looking for a higher rate of service. I. feel that these two Pharmacist need to be rewarded in some fashion accommodated To remain calm
And stay professional while dealing with so many different personalities can be challenging for the pharmacy . I just want to say thank you for an amazing experience, 5 STARS

I’m very frustrated and upset on how I was handled a refund. I got 2 mascaras on June 5 and one I use regularly and the other I wanted to try out but didn’t work, so I was finally off work today I got a chance to return it. And the customer service I got in this location 5969 n Lankershim bl, North Hollywood ca

You can see how long they took to help me out. The guy said my app received wasn’t valid which I don’t understand why they even send them there. So he call his supervisor and the type of supervisor you have here tries to be a smart one instead of help me. I walk in and ask to return the item and I can get something else. All they had to do was refund it and I grab the new one so if they wanted to give me store credit I use it there. But your supervisor “Nick” wanted to hold me up there have me check my emails from Wednesday and I found it, then i show him why I didn’t keep the email, it was just coupons and no receipt I don’t understand why I didn’t get one when I always do. I shop here in big amounts all the time. Now he keeps going back and forth with me. At the end he finally gives me a gift card and acts very unprofessional with me. I’m very disappointed with this location I’m hoping you guys fix this! Now if you can please remove their head sets on music maybe they can understand better the customer!

The pharmacy area is not friendly at all. No smile on their face, When asking question for help, they don’t want to come out of their comfort zone to help customers even though you waited there for half an hour for your turn to come.

For checking out retail items. Antonio, the person who rang me up, was so friendly; it was contagious! Antonio also greeted and thanked me. Simple, right? But how often does it happen in a retail experience?
No, I don't know, Antonio! Yet he did a great job!
I found some items I wanted, including a couple at good sale prices. Thanks.

Horrible customer service. Understaffed and don't care that they make you wait. Everything is locked up. You have to wait forever for them to come help you. Waited 15 min for someone to come help get stuff from the locked cabinets, no one came, had to get in line for someone and then still had to wait another 5 min. Just ridiculous!

I just went to get some things , one of the cashiers was laughing because I was trying to fix my lashes . He was mean .and honestly he didn’t even try to hide it , he has big lips and big mouth . He’s 17-19 years old . Teach him how to be more respectful.

I’m pretty sure the company doesn’t let them properly staff the pharmacy. If it is empty it’s no problem but they can never handle the drive through & in store pick up. If there are more than 2 cars you will wait over 35 min to get a prescription because it is only ever one person working.

This place has horrible customer service. Y’alls cashier was on the phone talking and taking forever to check out the lady in front of me. Pharmacists has no acknowledgment at all. Pretty bad cvs hire people with better work ethic please.

Visited the pharmacy 3x. Pharmacy staff is rude No complaints with the cashiers at the front. The pharmacy I think needs customer service training. I experienced and witnessed three days in a row the pharmacy staff providing terrible attitude to customers. There are plenty of other pharmacies I will choose to drop off my medication.

Sick and weak.
I needed a covid test
Which in the past was able to get and purchase through my insurance but here the pharmacy told me to go to the front desk, which then told me they cannot do that. Everyone here doesn't seem to have clear direction on how to help anyone. I guess I'll go to the CVS inside target they've never given me issues.
