Went to pick up an order, got there at 10:50 but the store was already closed asked the people that worked there and they said they are open to 11 but have been closing early lately. For someone that works late and only placed the order there because I had time to pick it up after work this is super unprofessional and inconvenient on their end. I was told I could come back in the morning…even though they closed and locked the doors more than 10 mins before the close time

Line was miles long and I stood trying to get some deodorant from a locked up cage for almost 20 minutes before I gave up! This is why cvs is losing money now, stop locking up basic needs!

I was just there and they charged me three times for one item and if I didn't realize and check my receipt then I wouldn't have lost almost 40 Dollars.

Araceli who works the register is so great with customer service! Incredibly helpful. And the ladies who work at the pharmacy are also great with getting you discounts on medications!

Just got back from picking up some meds I stopped using this pharmacy just because of their bad customer service here once again i witness this girl mistreating an elderly man she knew he didn’t speak Spanish and she kept talking to him in English till finally she decided to speak spanning to him she kept yelling at him she was so angry and he told her you don’t need to yell at me or have that bad attitude I’m old I’m hard of hearing and her she had the audacity to tell him well I can’t hear you I wish I could of gotten her name some younger girl with dark hair she’s horrible and shouldn’t be working there at all.had to pick up my meds here cause my doctor sent them there wish cvs management could do something about this

Between the cashier begging me to apply for a CVS care card and the bum standing at the door begging for money I'm never shopping at this location again.

This pharmacy isn't bad it's the new cashier that is. She never greets me she's rude she ask with a snarly tone does my feet because I was standing awkwardly. The other cashier are gems.

Irma has a horrible attitude toward the customers. No knowledge to inform the clients in a kind way.
