Edward was atrocious with his customer service. He is the "manager" and offered nothing but a condesending tone and smart a** remarks. I highly do not reccommend coming here if you can avoid it

A little difficulty with the scheduling. I recommend you call and make 100% sure they still have your appointment on their calendar.When finally scheduled, the technician was incredibly nice, professional, and quick. No wasted time, they knew exactly what they were doing.

CCC Mid Valley TV and Electronics appears to be Asurion's sole service provider in southern California. My Sony OLED TV began to dim compared to a few months ago, so I filed a claim with Asurion. I've been told to contact this company to arrange for a repair. After two claims with Asurion, there was still no resolution. The technician on the phone (Edward or Eddie) was combative and appeared incompetent to document what they were doing with the television. He told me that my issue was caused by normal use, but he can't even articulate that on the service ticket that they gave to Asurion. If you have a choice, request a different service provider from your insurance company to save yourself the trouble. The two technicians who came to my house to pick up and deliver my television were prompt and professional, but it is unfortunate that they are overshadowed by an incompetent technician with whom they work with.

After LG issue a repair service for our OLED C1 under warranty. Clinic informed us they are ordering the part for repair. Within 8 business days, their technician came and replace the TV panel. Work is done in less than 30 minutes!Tech is informative too.Me and my family will be glad to have like a brand new TV again. Thanks!

Worst POS ever! They claim they show up to appointments n send paperwork to Best Buy To Collect. Their tech are useless too. Tell you one thing n report something else. Been dealing with this useless company for 3 months since best buy keeps sending them wit still no fix solution.

Worse TV service company I ever worked with.My LG TV needed a new screen under warranty and we waited a month for the part and another month for them to schedule us for the repair, but they couldn't accommodate me.I ended up going with another company.They don't care about their customers.

Quick and easy repair experience. Brought in my 7 year old LG TV and they repaired it for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this place. Also glad I could get more use out of the TV instead of adding to e-waste.

I like to share my experience with Customer Care Cline dba Mid Valley TV & Electronics. First I called LG in regards to my computer monitor, they referred to me to this service center. I called them, took my monitor to them, they gave me an estimate, with a very reasonable price. I approved the estimate, they repaired within a week time frame considering they need to order parts. VERY Satisfied with the EXCELLENT Customer Service and pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Them.

CONSIDER THIS AS A FAIR WARNING.This is a reason why there should be ZERO STAR rating .Please read ALL reviews about these Con-Artists. I don't understand how the police and District Attorney is not putting these guys behind bars. They represent themselves as TV technicians, but they don't have anyone who is either REAL technicianor with basic knowledge of TVs.They were called to fix my TV.They have sent out bills several times, while didn't do anything on my TV.They use various names (customer care clinic, mid valley tv and electronic, etc).Their bills consist of long list of bogus work performed on my TV.Please report them to the police, and if you see them elsewhere under yet another name, just report them.These people are just criminals,shaking down people and companies under false cover of being in TV repair business.

Customer Care Clinic handled our Walmart Asurion warranty on a TCl 65'' Roku TV. The communication with them was excellent. They arrived on schedule. The 2 tech's checked the TV and let me know it was something that would need to be repaired in their shop. The LED's had gone bad. They said it would be about 1 week. They took the TV, I got a call about 6 days later that it was fixed and they set up a time to deliver it back to me that day!!! It was like having a new TV. The home office calls were so professional and the 2 tech's were friendly and informative. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were very careful with the Covid-19 protocols using masks and social distancing. Highly recommended!!

I needed my LG monitor repaired. I called LG customer service they referred me to Customer Care Clinic D.B.A. Mid Valley TV & Electronics so I called they gave me excellent customer service quoted me with a reasonable price and the fixed it so quick. I am so Satisfied with this company and highly recommend it. So if you have LG monitors or TV don't hesitate to call them.

Had a LG warranty repair that customer car (or mid valley, whichever their name is) and while they're communication left something to be desired, the rest of their service was great. They ordered the parts needed really fast and scheduled an appointment for my tv to be repaired for the next day. The person who came by was really knowledgeable and had my tv fixed in 15 mins
