Made a purchase in January 2015 of straps with chains and hooks. I received the order with the items disassembled and parts missing. I left several voice mails and sent several emails with no response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. My credit card provider closed the case finding in my favor with the reason stated as no response received from merchant.

I would like to thank all the employees over their. They were awesome and made all the effort they can to get me the right straps and chains for my truck. The customer service over their was way above my expectations and would recommend everyone that's buying a supplies to go over to Crocodile Tools.Â

Placed an online order. My credit card was charged right away, but as I writet this review (over a month later) I still have not received my order. I have called multiple times and phone was never answered.

I am independent track driver.
I own and operate my own truck for past 8 years.
I been using this guys for past 3 years and I am very satisfied how fast I get my orders delivered and their prices are low.
also products are very good quality too.
Personally for me its not even about a price but more about fast customer service.
Just recently I ordered wrong part, and customer service was great and fast. I got my correct part within days.
