they charged me $300 for the same phone that was online for free without advising anything and then charge for accessories and claimed that it brought the price down by $50 they are liars they will screw you!!

this business is a whole scam saw they were selling phones on offer up for them just to tell me other ppl run there accouts lol for laura jus to deactivate the account right in front of mr then lie about it said get a iphone for $99 with a trade in numer or new customer for her jus to tell me it was wrong on offer up and they dont honor that watse of time and brain cells with this lady she lookm like she jus had a train ran on her hair crazy tacky clothes jus looked like a hot mess no wonder everything was a mess jus unprofessional and now i know why i never delt with cricket or metro they in the same boat jus save ur life and do business with another company. FALSE ADVERTISMENT HERE

They messed with my account now my phone gets disconnected by the company every month. They will randomly over charge me as well, it’s been an absolute nightmare and it all started when I changed plans at this store.

I went there today. The worker was so stupid. I came first but he got another customer who came late. I tried to unlock the phone there. He said go to app store nearby. I got there, but that app store could not unlock my phone. He gave me wrong instruction and wasted my time. And I went to cricket store again and asked about changing my pin number. But he told he cannot do that and told me that just leave.I asked him name. He said his name is cricket. He did not tell his name.It was horrible customer service. He gave wrong info and made customer in difficulty. I don't know why he works there. So.... stupid....and not kind at all. Worst experience. He said don't come back to his store. Omg....

This place has really gone downhill. I asked for airpods and was given a cheap knock off of airpods instead and not told that they were not apple airpods. When I came to realize that the packaging was not the same and also really bad quality, although very deceptively labeled to appear as an apple product, i asked for a refund. To which they have this convenient "rule" of have "no refunds on accessories." The knock-off is a poor quality counterfeit.Also, they make up lies to pretend they know solutions. I asked about why i was not able to login to my hotspot on my iPad to the cricket hotspot. One of those guys made up a lie that "iPads require too much hotspot data." To which i replied, "then how can my Mac computer receive all the data and stream videos and not my iPad which is like a large iPhone with the same apps?" But he stuck to his guns. Later that day, i went to an apple store and the issue turned out that i had an outdated iOS and my hotspot worked just fine on my iPad after the download of the newer iOS. Terrible and misleading service at Cricket Noho. I used to love this place.
