Wonderful room with a jacuzzi tub and spacious and good price in a desirable neighbirhood near Universal Studios. Staff was very nice, they allowed my cat to stay and I would definitely stay again. Beautiful room and safe property. “Summer,” and her mother were both lovely people.

All good, I only took away one star because one of the sheets was apparently stained with blood, a drop but for demanding people that is not overlooked, I did not take it into account but my partner would have screamed if there had been seen

Super terrific management and the lady at the desk is superb customer seevice id go back just because her alone give her 6 out of 5 got my deposit back after technical difficulties
