I am amazed how nice, understanding, and helpful people who work there. Anna is absolutely incredible person I’ve known. Their prices are low compare to other storages, and the service they provide is the best. Highly recommend this place for short or long term to secure your belongings.

I've had a unit here for 15 years and it has always been great with only a rare rate increase. Great customer service and a clean facility. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility. Excellent management. No complaints. The only issue is that the units have a lot of dust/dirt and bird feathers getting inside them for some reason, and there are no lights inside the units (only the lights in the hallways). So cover up your stuff or use storage containers, and bring a flashlight or battery powered lantern if you need to see things.

Highly recommend Coldwater Self-Storage!After 5 1/2 yrs of having almost all I owned stored here, I just moved out last week. During that time, I always felt completely confident that my belongings were safe, which is always important, but even more so as I'd be away for months at a time and knew I'd never have to worry. The staff is very kind, super helpful if you need them to be, but never intrusive. The facility is very clean. I decided on them at the recommendation of a neighbor, and although it was farther away than I was initially looking for, it saved me about 2K per year, so well worth it.

The managers and staff are all helpful and accommodating...friendly too!...I've been doing business with them for 6 years now and I just absolutely love the staff and the place...very clean...highly organize..
