This place is the best to come and get your nutrition shake or if you don't want a shake you could get a high protein ice coffee with a protein bar they have lemon and almond also they have protein bites which let me tell you they are good when you are hungry and want to eat chips instead of that you could eat this bars ... Vicky and Brandon are the best ... I recommend this place .. you will leave with a smile in your face ... also they have Zumba Mon - Friday from 7:30-8:30 and they also have boot camp Mon-Friday at 6:15-7:15pm

This is my favorite place to get my tea and my Herbalife shake in the morning ... this place makes you feel welcome all the time ... Brandon and Vicky are the best they know exactly what each customer have and they always have a smile in their face ... the shake are the best ... you like them creamy here is the place to come .. they also do boot camp from 6:30 to 7:30pm and they have Zumba ... :)
