Gel is thin. Peeked right off like a layer of nail polish. I believe they rushed my manicure. Won't go back. I tipped really great too. Tired of being ripped off.

I tried this place once for gel manicure and it was great. I recently had a pedicure and she didn’t even know how to file. My toes are very uneven. Nail polish all around my cuticle. Very unprofessional:(

John is amazing He designed my Gel-X nails exactly how I wanted and my nails lasted 5 weeks without breaking so I'm currently omw back for another set (see attached both pictures) my pedicure looked really nice as well. It was a bit of a wait but it was welllll worth it - not to mention the pricing was reasonable and John made every effort to get my nails how I wanted them. I'm now on my way back for my second time and I think it's safe to say I've found my new nail place in LA

My go-to spot! They're very down to earth and get my nails done right every single time. I wouldn't call this a "luxury experience", but if you are a realist and want fair prices, quick service and more than qualified technicians, this is the place for you.

Nails came out beautiful! Just did gel and it was exactly what I had hoped for. Vibe was sorta odd, not super professional but still very much worth it.

I've been a loyal customer at this neighborhood nail salon for several years, and it never disappoints! The entire staff is not only incredibly warm and welcoming but also makes you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend my nail tech Tom for your hands and ask for Hannah or Vivian for your pedicure!

Each time that I do gel there it doesn't last the 2 mark. I have to go back to get it fixed. I did my nails this Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning it was already chipping. Went there on Monday since they are closed on Sunday's. I waited an hour and then the girl who helped just put more gel on top of the already chipping nails. She was in a rush too and I left with lumpy nails and got home one of the thumbs already chipping. They were not dry. I mentioned that and she said it was ok. Well it wasnt

I had made my appointment for 10:30 ahead of time and when I went in to the salon they asked me to come back at 11:00. Then they told me i could wait 20 minutes, so I waited for a little bit and the lady told me she would start my nails but if her client came in she would have to stop working on my nails so she could work on her clients. Her client came in when she was painting my acrylics and she started to rush my nails. She finished my nails but they came out all crooked and messy.Service: Acrylic nails
