Fraudulent “No Return Policy”, don’t do business with this place. First of all,this business doesn’t have a return policy accessible to the customers, when you try to return something they will pull a sign they have hidden under on the counter that states “ due to Covid-19 all sales are final, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions “. We are in 2024 and all Covid- 19 protections has ended, so relaying on covid-19 to not accept returns is ridiculous. For sure this sign is not visible to the customers. So if you are unsatisfied with the customer service on this business and you need a refund. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the “Federal trade commission “ , “the CA attorney general” , “CA consumer protection office” and with the “Better Business Bureau”. If I don’t get my refund I will post all the links, so you can place multiples complaints, and together we can make this bad faith business comply with the law.

We arrived with my daughter to quote a 15 year old dress today. There was an hour until the place closed. They were attending to a girl so we gave them time. But after 15 minutes of looking at the dresses, the bouquets, the crowns, etc. We got tired and left. They didn't even ask us how we can help or anything. They only saw us and continued treating the girl. I would have understood if it had been a single saleswoman but it's too bad that they are like that. The dresses are very nice but we will definitely not buy them here anymore. Neither her dress, nor the ladies', nor that of all the gentlemen and the father, etc.

Horrible customer service the lady that sold us the dresses did not tell my mom that when picking them up we would have to make an appointment to pick them up and the manager was so rude to my mom and yelling at her that it’s not there fault that she DIDNT know we had to make an appointment and it’s not our fault that they can’t do there job right, he told her she would have to wait 30 minutes when my mom doesn’t have 30 minutes to spend in that store and the manager was telling my mom to calm down. I do NOT recommend getting dresses from here ABSOLUTELY horrible service.

I stopped hear to look for dresses for my daughters Sweet 16 court. They were very helpful and patient. They showed us dresses that would arrive in time for the party so we wouldn't waste our time. Overall experience was great. We went back 3 other times to look for dresses for the same event for other family members and to order a bouquet and the experience was always a pleasant one. Dress prices are equivalent to shopping in Downtown therefore making it a better alternative if you don't want to make the drive. Unfortunately, you cannot find a beautiful dress anymore for a low price. The courts dresses came out to $100ea and the other dresses varied between $150-300.

This place has beautiful wedding and engagement dresses. We went there to buy a dress for my sister and the ladies were so helpful in finding us the best dress, sizing and price. I will definitely be back here for her wedding ?. I also recommend this place.

Best place to find a dress for prom or any formal event. They do alterations, have a great selection and customer service is outstanding. They assist in anyway they can. It's the only store in the valley that's worth looking at when it comes to prom dresses especially.

Went for XV dama dresses today and got the best prices around. Went to Downtown LA and prices ranged from $120-180 per dress. In San Fernando Mall strip prices were more than Downtown for same dresses. Here at Cindy I got this beautiful dress UNDER!!! $100 including taxes!!!! Having 6 damas. Can’t be happier.

‼️DO NOT ORDER ONLINE‼️Placed an order online for my prom dress and since my prom is tomorrow I got priority shipping so that the dress would make it on time . After days went by without receiving a shipping number I emailed the store and got no response. I decided to email again a few days later and got the same result. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram, and called the store multiple times and never got a response. When I called the store and asked for a manager the employee didn’t respond and just hung up in my face, when I called back they said the manager wasn’t there and they didn’t know when the manager would be back or if anyone checks the email. Two weeks later and still no response from anybody or even a shipping number after I paid extra money for priority shipping. I had to rush and go elsewhere to find a prom dress after this horrible experience which is very stressful. After spending hundreds of dollars and not getting a product this is the worse experience I’ve ever had.
