It's a bummer that this is my local bank. They operate extremely slow - and have a bullshit parking garage that charges $1.25 for parking for 10 mins. Go to a different location.

worst bank ever . They closed 3 of my business account with no reason . As soon as trans union reported that I bought a car right next day they closed all my account.

I’ve been coming to this branch about 10 years and I am consistently disappointed in the service. The manager is the only one able to do certain transactions on the banker side and will make you wait incessantly (regardless of how early or late you arrive and that she has no one in her office). No matter how prepared you may arrive at the branch, she will always defer and avoid.
Example: today instead of speaking with me directly, she had a teller ferry back and forth relaying messages and carrying my identification to and fro.
Everyone else is super nice. I just wish they’d empower them / teach them to do the other transactions as to alleviate the manager being the sole owner.

I was coming to this bank quite a bit when I was living in the Valley. Its a good bank with excellent customer service. I love how they try and help people while the lines are long. They will ask you if you need to make withdraws at the ATM, or make any deposits inside the banks. But they need to make better repairs and check ups on their ATM machines. Several of them are always broken.That is inconveniant and negligent to us bank customers.

When you walk into a bank and unable to open an account because you have to make an appointment because only one person is able to open an account in the entire bank, that’s a huge flaw hire more people or close the bank down

Walked in to open 2 chase account business and personal checking and the manager Eve declined service saying 3 employees are busy and we have to go there next week. Was very disappointed. Unprofessional employees, won't do business with them. 1 star snd thank you chase!

IN 2016 THIS BANK LET CYBER CRIMINALS STEAL $2400 DOLLARS. I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING BEFORE IT HAPPENED AND THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION. SO THEY LET SOME CRIMINAL THAT ALSO HAD A ACCOUNT IN THE SAME BANK SLEAL MY MONEY!!! DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE BANK!!
