This branch location is so poorly managed! Every time I go in the staff seem bothered by my simple requests. I am a Private Client member and a business account holder and they are clueless when it comes for help. Today there were 4 bankers in the private client office just chatting when I asked for a banker when I walked in they said none were available. So I went to the teller like they said waited in line for 10 minutes just to have her tell me she couldn’t unlock my account, and that I need to talk with a banker. So then one comes out of the office to then replace my card. Last month I was asking about cd rates and the lady said she couldn’t help? Oh well getting better rate from Capital One then on any of their cds or my private client savings!

I went in to make a simple $3,000.00- withdrawl from my checking account and the teller was suspect - asked me for my ID (which I've never been asked before in my life) next time I'll just use another branch's in-house ATM to get $3,000.00- it would certainly be faster than this teller making me stand at the window for 10 minutes. What a joke

Terrible service. Sometimes customers have questions specific to a branch that cannot be addressed online or by toll free customer service numbers, but this branch does not answer the phone. Ever.

Whoever hires the rent a cop should be fired. I got harassed for parking; three random bystanders were parked just like me & went out of their way to console me and prove that he was just trying to intimidate me. He also went out of his way to write down my license plate number. Real weirdo energy. Closing my account with this unprofessional establishment, especially if you can't even hire decent humans

If you want to save money then this is the right Bank, they will hold your money for no reason & block/pot on hold your account so you won't be able to take money not use the credit car! This bank is trash

Went to this branch to open a new business and personal account. The Relationship Banker was rude and unhelpful. Not only was Sarkis Kulakchyan unprofessional but when I complained to his manager she didn't care. I went to the Studio City branch on Laurel Canyon and had a completely different experience. I recommend not using the branch at 4455 Lankershim Blvd.

This place is a dump. Every time I come here, it's just trashed. FRAUD was written in their windows on Riverside. Windows & doors covered in wood because they were smashed. Looks like unhoused addicts and/or beggars near the ATM. Trash dumped outside of the dumpsters. People camping out doing gawd knows what in that back driveway /alleyway filled with graffiti and reeks of urine. I just don't feel safe coming here let alone using the ATM after hours even though I didn't see the security guy at 4pm when they were open. And I can't trust my money at this location. There's a nicer cleaner and safer one down the street. Clean up your act, Chase.

My main Chase branch is located on Noble in Sherman Oaks, and my experience with that location was always excellent.However, I have since moved and have frequented the Lankershim and Riverside Toluca Lake location.That will change moving forward and here is why.I have had numerous issues with my deposits being held when there is a note on my account to Not Hold this particular clients check that I receive every month like clockwork.Obviously, this is incredibly frustrating and unnecessary; I have automatic payments that are processed through this account, and of course, this is a disruption to my business.The only way for things to change is if customers complain, write clear reviews outlining the issues. This will encourage the management team to reevaluate their practices, and it can potentially help all of us to achieve customer service improvements.Side note regarding this location.It is filthy and dangerous due to the unhoused community living around the bank. You can't make ATM transactions and feel safe doing so. I have to bring someone to watch as I am retrieving or depositing.The security guard for this location does not stand outside (I don't blame him) and cannot see the entire parking lot from the door where he is posted.Banking should feel safe and welcoming.
