My side mirror fell off, and, although they didn’t have the part, the guy at the counter went out of his way and found a temporary little passenger mirror to hold us over. It works perfectly. Very thankful!!

Highly recommend !!! Went to 3 local parts store searching for a 24f AGM battery since my Tacomas factory battery gave out. They had many in stock!! Very knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Great staff

I have been going to North Hollywood CarQuest for about 16 years. From the first time I came into the store the service was A1.The guys helped me learn about what I should purchase, and showed me why it is best to buy your own parts, and how not to be beat by shady mechanics, which is what almost happened that day in 2004. I know it was who God directed me to this store.Integrity must be is a mandatory characteristic to work for this company.I have had 3 different cars since 2004. Never have I had to return a part.I was introduced to 3 great mechanics since then, I was alway pleased and treated respectful by the mechanics.Today I met another and he seems very trustworthy. I’m so pleased with the service and the kindness of the people at CarQuest!!! Thanks guys……

Best auto part store ever! They help you figure out what you need, they've always had what I need in stock, then the best part, if you aren't sure what to do they help you install it! No extra charge. Not like a new transmission, but a battery or windshield wiper sort of thing. Super friendly, enough staff where you don't wait forever. Reasonably priced for an auto parts store. So you could get a battery cheaper at Costco but the added perk of them putting it in, so much easier! Especially with my car where it wasn't a simple swap. I recommend Car Quest to everyone. Great customer service! When you need something for your car, they make it simple.
