I bought the Golden retriever that I watched a beautiful collar and leash set here a while back. The collar had a small brass plate on it with her name ,phone # and her birthstone . So pretty! I wish Ihad a picture of it to post

I absolutely love this company. Even with minimal interaction, they’ve made me feel like they care about my dog, and I love that about them. The products are high quality and just beautiful and, adding your extra touch by personalizing your products is key! As long as I have a dog, I will have a California Collar!

These guys never respond I bought a shirt too small sent it back and heard nothing after many attempts I sent Mike an email I sent support nothing I am out $80 bucks

Was very excited my lab reached adult size and decided to purchase my his first leather collar from CA Collar. Unfortunately, the O Ring collar stretched out almost four inches and when I contacted customer service they demanded pictures and refused to replacement. I tried to explain but they would not work with me. See attached picture after only 3months of wear. I’m left with a subpar, over stretched collar that cost $80 and now I have to buy a replacement. Oh and a terrible experience. Be careful ordering online from these folks. They only care about their bottom line.

Web site says open. Tried to call several times but no answer.Drove out it's closed. Answer the phone or fix your site please.So many business are taking advantage of covid...and excuse for poor customer service. Here is another example. I'm trying to support local business but you have to be more accomodating.

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my dogs collar, still no word from the company. I've sent emails and texts, they apparently don't take phone calls in California....UPDATE*** Still no collar. Still no word from the company. They have my money but will not communicate at all.
