Searched around online and found this shop. Got my front brake pads and rotors done. Solid job, fast and very reasonably priced. The mechanic was an absolute treasure of a gentleman, very knowledgeable and helpful. He encouraged me to continue doing my own maintenance, but I would love to come back and give him more business. Worth the short trip from North Hills. Thank you!

This place is amazing and have earned a loyal customer. Bought an old used car. (PLEASE DON'T CANCEL ME! I meant, "Previously Owned.") My brakes started squealing and I asked for a rec. Friend said Busy Brakes was great. They could do anything with cars and are honest. I went in with doubt. My history with mechanics has previously been: "Okay...That'll be $600." "For windshield wiper fluid?" "Yeah because you also blew out your gonkulator and rotating scam piece." I pulled in and told him the issue. He said, "Lemme take a look." He looked. "You've got no problem." "What about the chirp?" "They might be glazed. You've still got half your pads left. I can fix it if you want, but you don't need them." Holy sh*t. There were no other cars he was working on. He could've taken me to the bank. Instead, as stated above, he earned a loyal customer. Great man. Honest mechanic. 10 Stars across the board.

Didn't get any work done but wanted to say that the gentleman there was extremely honest and up front. Told him my issue, he took my car for a drive, said there wasn't any issue, gave me a solution (self car care), and I was in my way. It's rare to find places like this. When I do need brakes, this I where I'll be going. There is value in that.

Called this shop to get an opinion on an AC issue that I'm facing. As always, they were of INCREDIBLE help. They aren't able to fix my specific issue in this shop, but the conversation set me on the path to finding someone with all the right technical considerations in mind. This company is the most trustworthy I've ever worked with. Can't say enough nice things. I come here whenever possible.

I was recommended to see Bob by a friend and I can't be happier. I've score to him on multiple occasions and he has always been upfront and honest with me. His pricing is top notch. He never oversells anything but makes sure the price is decent for the customer. He does careful and fine work. I recommend him without reservation.
