By FAR one of the more impressive automotive service shops I've seen in a long time. Very fair. They also treat you well. Very kind atmosphere. RAPID diagnosis. They got my brake parts in same day and made quick work of it. They've got my business, that's for sure.

I was very pleased. I got lucky and they were able to fix my rear brakes right away. It only took about an hour. The price was reasonable. The service was genuinely appreciative and courteous, which is a nice change from so many places that treat you like you are bothering them when you try to give them your business. Best of all, the brakes are perfect now. It was a little farther away from the general auto repair places near my house but I figured I should get my brakes fixed at a place that actually specializes in brakes. It was totally worth going out of my way.

Took care of our brakes. Was very friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. Gave us his honest opinion and wasn't pushing for services we don't need. We had a great experience and would definitely go back.

My Volkswagen was having steering problems. George was able to get my car in quickly and was very honest and straightforward in explaining what my options were for fixing the problem. He updated me often and worked hard to get the car back to me within a day. All my steering problems are completely gone and my car drives great again. If you’re looking for someone with a lot of experience and friendly customer service, George is your guy!

Highly recommended. Honest, quality work from a good person. Didn't try to charge for more than needed. Brought the car in with squeaky brakes, got new pads and rotors resurfaced quickly, and got the car back same day. Wish George did more than just brakes, alignment and suspensions, would definitely bring the car back for any issues in the future.

I took my 2017 Tacoma in for rear brake shoe replacement & drum resurfacing. Great customer service, reasonable prices & quick service! Highly recommend & I'll definitely be using them for any future services they offer.

Burbank Quality Brake is the REAL DEAL. We really enjoyed our first experience with George. He is very friendly and the work done our brakes was EXCELLENT. The best part of it all was the price, which was the lowest we could find in all of Southern California.Check out the before and after photos!

George is amazing. Good service and showed great care. Good products. Went in for a wheel bearing change. I'm an average home mechanic so I had to get this expertly done. George and his partner showed great professional knowledge and care to the . His prices are fair. I'm saying this because hearing the wheel bearing is hard/tough and requires special tools. I'm a customer for life.
