I recently visited Botas El Patrón and had a great time. The store has a great range of high-quality cowboy boots, hats, and accessories that appeal to both traditional and modern tastes.
What impressed me the most was the amazing customer service. The staff was really helpful and well-informed taking the time to assist me select the ideal pair of boots. Their competence and enthusiasm for their work made my shopping trip enjoyable and special.
The ambiance of the store is warm and friendly, with a true Western vibe that adds to the overall experience. The items are of high quality, and Botas El Patrón takes great pride in providing their consumers with only the best.

I am very sorry to add a review to the comments that is bad but the man who serves and does the work, I suppose he is the owner, personally, he never serves me well, he is not friendly and I don't know if it could be that he dislikes me out of sheer pleasure. or my sincerity since I have told him about his character that is bad, he does not have a person who treats me as if I were an important character but with kindness but he always treats me hostile and the worst thing is that even I now had to hit him my shoes so that he could do the job for me since he said he couldn't give them to me now because it wasn't easy and I told him that it was easy that I could do it so he could give it to me and he gave it to me in less than 10 minutes. I had done it as if I were a professional and he only sewed them and charged me 12 dollars and it is fine if only he took good care of the customers but that is not the case.

So my husband and I came here yesterday. I was at first looking for a store or something but then realized the address led me straight to the swap meet on Valerio. Have to admit i was a bit skeptical about the place. But We proceeded to find the shop. First we stepped into a little tiny place and the lady told us they had another shop in the same location so there we go. The place was big enough and we got greeted by a really nice guy. Gave us time to look around and offered great service. I think he was like the owner or son of the owner cus he even gave us really good discounts on everything we bought. We felt comfortable being there lol. Will definitely be coming back. Oh and they have many many choices from boots belts and hats!!

I went over to buy some lady Cuadra python boots I absolutely love! The price was pretty cheap for the quality! jose helped me out had very good customer service!! I will definitely go back for another pair.
