1-10-2023, my wife went to the store to activate my phone that she had bought online, but the girl who helped her told her that she had to buy another SIM card that cost 20 dollars, than the one that came with the new phone that He had bought online, it could not be used, plus for the activation it was 35 dollars more, and he also paid for the family line which was 110 dollars, and the girl gave him the receipt, when he was leaving the store he realized that it only came 114 dollars on the receipt, so she went back into the store to ask for the full receipt, and she told her that she could no longer give him the receipt that comes out of the computer that she could only give him a receipt made by her, which was It made my wife strange. After she left the store, she spoke to the customer and the person who helped her on the phone told her that the girl had charged her a lot, and that she didn't have to buy another SIM card, because the one she had She already came with the new phone, that sim was useful, so the person who was on the phone told her to go back into the store, she said loudly, and the girl looked upset, the person who was helping her online questioned her. She said that because he made her buy another SIM card and because he was charging her 35 dollars for activation, which was 15 dollars for activation, then she was already upset and told him that she would return the 20 dollars, that because of the activation she could no longer return it, Then she took out the SIM card from the phone, and modified the manual receipt, my wife left the store, and the pleasant surprise was that, the girl who works there in the store took out the SIM card, the phone was left without service,, He spoke to customer service again because they could not access the information because the phone he took to the store is activated but without a SIM card, since the phone could not be used, it was a very bad experience for my wife, we hope that this girl who work here don't do this to other people since many of the times we go to help us, because we don't know about technology, when you go make sure that your receipt matches what you paid, because otherwise there are people who take advantage of us .and we had always gone to this specific store, there was another girl and another boy, who have always helped us without problem.

If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars at this location. Worst customer service. They told me if I wanted service to be able to call and receive calls from Mexico I needed to pay and extra fee which I did and that service isn’t even available. I then asked why it isn’t working they said it was down. Has been for over 2 weeks now. Don’t come here, these people need better training. Boost mobile what’s going on with your customer service number!!

So I opened a plan on Friday. Then on the next day I have slow service the internet is slow, always dropping calls, missing calls the calls don't even ring on my phone messages come thru. Then the day after I do NOT get service thru Boost Mobile! I paid over $1300 cash money for 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max and they will NOT help me out until I buy another F*#%ing phone... This is the shitty service I had ever had in my life... F*** boost mobile. Then to top it off the Hispanic lady said if I'm not going to purchase a phone to get out her store...
