I’ve been remodeling my house, i was shopping for lumber for a pergola. I was recommended to BMC Building Materials in North Hollywood I called was Refered to Jose Quintana I emailed him the list of lumber I needed within a couple hours I had all prices, Jose was very responsive, I would call him with questions after receiving he’s quote, he would answer immediately. Jose was very professional, patient, and great customer service!! After a couple days I decided to purchase the lumber from BMC do to their wonderful customer service, I had it delivered the following day after ordering it. Eric the driver arrived within the time frame he was very professional and courteous.Lumber is great qualityOverall had a wonderful experience buying from BMC. I will definitely buy from BMC again.Thank you Jose Quintana and Eric for making my purchase go so smooth
