Came in to see if they had disposables and he said I don't sell weed, and I clarified and said hemp disposables and he just said "I just said no" maybe act a little less sketched out, your younger employee seems kind of nervous, also saw another review of some kind of confrontation, definitely don't want to be around that

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've known Vince and Carlos for probably 15 years plus. Vince never forgets a name or a face and ALWAYS makes you feel welcome. Dylan is a big sweetie and always hooks it up too. Great vibe in the store, no one ever acts like it's a chore to help a customer. That kind of service alone is a rarity in LA and is what will make me go out of my way and drive the extra miles to come here. Check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Blue’s Smoke Shop for years. Vince’s (owner) customer service is “red carpet” each time we walk in until we exit. Dylan is always helpful and respectful. 5/5 stars would give 6 stars if I could. Keep up the great work fellas.

Dylan is the best. A great smoke shop that I will be going to from now on. I highly recommend it. Good parking and great location next to dispensaries in the area. I hope they see this I truly appreciate the service I was given. Happy holidays!

I'm a frequent visit customer and I'm very pleased with Blues smoke shop. They are a very professional and very polite and very Excellent prices and are also Fully stocked with there merchandise and always provide Excellent services for my community. I always look forward to returning back knowing there open for Excellent services and buying and items I need. They offer a large selection of tabacoo products and bongs, lighter and torches. Whatever you might need I recommend you stop in and your gonna very satisfied with there large selection and best prices in noho arts district. Parking in back and plenty of street parking. There pet friendly so I also happy with me being allowed inside and bring my puppy and pet strollers no problem....I leave each time smiling happy.

One of the only smoke shops I go to in the LA area especially noho, they some of the coolest people working there and the manager really tries to develop a friendship with returning customers. They didn’t have something I wanted so I asked if they could possibly order them and the very next week when I went in they had them for me and greeted me by showing me to them. Excellent customer service for real ?

Excellent smoke shop. Great deals. Quick, knowledgeable, down to earth. EXACTLY what anyone would want in a smoke shop. Classic headshop vibe , classic and fun, and wonderful service . Will return and prob only return to this headshop/smoke shop from here on out. 100/10. So happy I found this place and that since 1994 (I think) it's been going strong and is still absolutely great. This place deserves your business if you do any sort of smoking or vaping or dab---whatever it all is whatever u do - this place has it handled and handled RIGHT.
