I hate to write a negative review on this place, since I was a loyal customer for the 11 years, but these last few groomings haven't been up to par. My dogs always get a full service grooming & both of my dogs have come home with their nails untrimmed, hair still in their eyes, mouths & paw pads untouched. I told them about the situation & was told to call the next day for Marcus. I called back twice & no marcus... I wish Camacho was back. When he's there I dont have issues like this. I guess its time for a us to try a new groomer.

I love this dog grooming place. They do a great job on my dog. They are friendly and quick. My dog always looks and smells great afterwards. Ans the price is very reasonable for a monthly grooming.

Groomer said an offhand rude comment to me, for no good reason. I had to walk away, would never hand my innocent babies ? to a man who thinks they can talk to a woman like that . Owners incase you’re wondering who i’m talking about, he’s bald tatted and easily in his late 40s probaly 50s. With the authority he was talking about with me, I can only conclude he’s a reflection of your shops lack of training & organization.

Today I visited this "pet shop" I walked in and there was 3-4 cages with about 20-30 birds inside as I look at the top cage I see this unresponsive bird I tried getting it's attention as I thought it was asleep. I called the owner of the place and he laughed and said it was sleep he processed to open the cage take out the unresponsive bird set it on his desk and answer business calls, no urgency barely any sympathy for the bird. The birds have no food no water no toys no will to live. The hefty man who runs the place is very rude and very non chalant towards these animals, for a rescue pet shop I was distraught seeing what I saw. This is not the first incident I've came across in this store. I walked out heartbroken and traumatized these birds are sick and not being taken care of. All the birds in the cages where jammed and in distress they all shared the same food and barely even that I am very very disappointed and this store needs to be shut down immediately

Best pet shop since they very well take good care of their rescue animals. I came in here to look for a bird I can adopt and I was amazed at how good-looking the birds are. Highly recommended pet shop.
