Incredible customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My sister received the incorrect flowers for her birthday. They immediately resolved it and sent her the correct flowers. They were so kind and so understanding. Also, both the flowers were so beautiful ?I’m looking forward to working with them again.

I have ordered twice from Bent Willow Florist now and won't be ordering from anyone else. They have delivered as promise and both arrangements looked exactly what was pictured on their site. I have ordered from other places in the past but this is the best place hands down in the Toluca Lake/North Hollywood area.
