What a waste and joke of a local community bank. Waste of time applying for loans and accounts, these people also harass conflict of interest towards peoples day. Every day you hear there has been a breach or leak in the system, what a scam. The network shows the shitty neighbors and programs this business try's to put people through. Waste of time to apply for this brand company cause there is no trust. The only trust you people have are the public ATM machines. You will never get the full satisfaction or perseverance having any major banking account. There will only major setbacks and trial because of the mentality a community that targets its customers going through the extent to cause these problems. This is where and when bankers drain the customer not allowing any financial freedom. Never have I ever gotten any loan nor any credit card from here because this shit hole is rigged for the people who work behind a counter to make your hard earned dollar. No bills will get through or paid off because of the scam the individuals are. You always see more or less at these banks because of how to community is set up to report people and target people. There is no mobility at BofA as there is only con artistry and fraud against there customers wills and no trust.

This review is for Ms. Razan Ammari, who is a very courteous and efficient Senior Banker at this branch. Ms. Ammari graciously helped my mother and I this morning when we needed to order checks, and she took less than 5 minutes to help us. Ms. Ammari is approachable, efficient, and has a kind nature. Her bright, inviting, sun-filled office is a reflection of her sunny disposition, and of her welcoming and friendly personality. We are grateful for her genuineness and her expertise. You can most assuredly feel confident working with Ms. Razan Ammari for investment options and other financial services.

I came to this financial center today to deposit a mutilated $10 bill. I went in just out of curiosity to see if that was something they could accept or if I had to cut my $10 loss. This bill was missing parts of the bill and other areas was taped. I am so glad that when the teller saw it, she took it and said that she could take it no problem. I was very happy and grateful that she took the time to inspect the bill before making a decision. I have to say that this looks like an express financial center as the teller line is behind the cubicles but glad that I was immediately welcomed and directed in the right direction. Thanks for the help!

Bank is your average boa bank. What bugs me is the parking lot. Armenians bought half the lot so their mothers wives sisters cousins brothers uncles and all the BMW rolls Royce mercedes benz teslas are parked there (many times double parked) taking up valuable space just so they can smoke and hang out in the back of their store fronts.But I'm not supposed to talk bad about them. Because they went thru stuff, you know.

Long lines, consistently awful service (always pushing you to use atm and online services regardless of what you are there for) and never has quarters for banking customers!

Only come to the bank line here if you have well over 70 minutes to spare. I'm in now. 11am. 7 people deep. One teller. It is like this all the time any time every time. Absolutely miserable. Often will have to leave because an hour is not enough time to see a teller. Disgusting. Disgraceful.

This was the bank that was robbed during the North Hollywood Shootout in 1997. Pretty sure the guys that did it studied the movie "Heat".

Hate to leave bad reviews. But this place is terrible. I try to avoid but it's the closest BofA to my home. Slowest and rudest tellers. I'm here right now with 10 ppl in line and one of the tellers decide that she has to go on her lunch break in that exact moment. Cool cool. Maybe wait until some of the people have been helped first and then go?!? Gee, I don't know. Smh.

This is my go to bank when I am in the area. It is a few minutes drive to and from my work. I usually use their ATM and so far I have not encountered any issues. There is always an availability. Plenty of parking lots in front. You can leave your car running (during daytime) go to the ATM and back.
