I came to close my account. They told me that they are understaffed and that they could only make an appointment to come back in 7 days or I can go to another location. Horrible service

A Branch Worth VisitingIt feels so good to walk into a branch of a huge financial institution and get treated like you matter, despite not having the size account that some branches equate with how much you should matter.This Bank of America location is like a breath of fresh air. I was surprised when I realized that Steven Lindorojas, the branch manager, was the one to come out and speak to me during a recent visit here. I had asked to speak to a banker because of a deposit issue I had after visiting the bank the previous day.He listened carefully, was interested, engaged, explained several things really well, and deftly handled the issue for me, giving me great relief!It’s not just that he solved my problem; it’s the manner in which he engaged with me. He exudes professionalism, but he presented a humble, down to earth, empathetic quality that was much appreciatedAnd Steven isn’t the only reason for my 5-star review of this branch because as mentioned, I had visited the bank the previous day. For all of a couple of seconds, their power went offline. The manner in which several bank associates attended to the customers waiting for service was really noteworthy. They spoke to each of us in such a personable manner to explain what was happening and how long we might have to wait, which luckily wasn’t long at all.I think what I’m trying to say, is that unlike many bank branches I’ve visited, at this BofA I felt seen, heard and appreciated for being a customer. I would drive out of my way to return to this location if I needed assistance with something.Hopefully my review will be one of many that shines a light on management style that appeals to the average customer.I saw a lot of bad reviews for this location, but I can only speak for how I experienced my two visits here. It always comes down to who a customer interacts with at any business, large or small.I thank Steven Lindorojas and his staff for my very pleasant experiences visiting their branch. I think Steven is a perfect example of how to do it right, and he apparently sets a good example.

Worst customer service evet I had a 9 o'clock appointment when I got there at nine I was not greeted or acknowledge. I sat there and waited for over and half hour until somebody came. Then they said they were gonna get somebody. I went another 10 minutes and nobody showed up. This branch needs to close

I came in to get papers for passport renewal and was piecing everything together. Siuna was so kind and approachable. She let me know exactly how each option worked and when I needed to step out of line, she made sure I didn’t get lost and told me to come back when I was ready. Then she proceeded helping me and had great conversation and such a positive energy the whole interaction. On a day where I could have been super stressed out, Siuna brought an amazing source of ease that I am so thankful for. Keep her as long as you can and get her a nice Christmas present for being the sunshine we all need ? Also, she’s got the best eyelashes in the game ?

Worst bank ever. Everything always takes so long. I walk in with four people in line. About two people have been helped and the line is growing. And if you try to say anything to anyone about the weight, they get an attitude. Avoid this branch.

Super slow unprofessional stuff , the way they work it’s like in 19th century, to do wire transfer taking them a couple hours because only one person in the WHOLE bank can do it , and it’s like they said “it’s a process” and this is for business clients. I do not recommend Bank of America , they so in comfort zone because, they not care about clients time at all, they offering make an appointment to do wire transfer ??? in 2023 , it’s just absurd
