[email protected], is incompetent as a "manager" I waited in line today, 1/15/22 for 2 hours to make a payment dated today and he refused to initial the receipt as the date was incorrect in the system and was dated, 1/18. He refused to stand by the day, date, his physical presence and acknowledge the correct date. He said "they" do not allow me to "touch a receipt" as he was holding the receipt. Basically, that branch does not have a person in charge, no one that stands behind their word.

This experience reminded me why I do not bank with Bank of America! I have to go into the branch to withdraw EDD funds so generally I let weeks pile up so I don't have to experience the foolishness that this bank is known for! On this particular occasion the manager Edgar was especially annoyed! He was condescending as if I was an idiot.he was rude because I had to keep telling him to stand back! He insisted on being the one to handle my transition even though we OBVIOUSLY had a personality conflict! He like a child followed me when I walked away from him to antagonize me! Like LEARN TO TAKE A BREAK WHEN YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE customer encounter! Edgar is horrible as a manager or CSR! I know b of a doesn't care and that's fine...they will decline ... especially this branch!

The manager Edgar and Noelia are top notch they went above and beyond and assisted me. The location is clean and the management here makes sure everything is ran smooth.

I went to another Bank of America and had a bed experience then the same day I came to this Bank of America and they were so helpful and efficient they definitely deserve a good review for their great customer service.

Want to feel you are pampered by a concierge at exclusive hotels like the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Beverly Hills hotel, Peninsula, etc.? Then make sure you request for Lauren Guzmán to take care of your finanicial needs. I had revocable trust issues which require finesse to understand the intricate details involved to maneuver around legal, estate, property laws. Lauren was very good at listening to what I needed to do and was able execute those requests and still be within the frame of the revocable trust. Lauren is competent, professional, empathetic, thoughtful, friendly. I would like to recommend her to anyone who has to deal with financial issues that need a finer hand. She can handle more complex nuances in legal & financial matters and is a consummate professional. 5 Yelp stars for a 5 star experience every time. PS Also, every time I have visited this North Hollywood branch, the staff has been polite, and helpful.

This location as ample parking and ample atm's. The staff are courteous and helpful. There is also street parking for that quick off the street run in to the atm.

Worst customer service from most the tellers and managers. EVERY-TIME i come into this bank there's always a different excuse and time schedule for the business line. the online schedule clearly says 10am-4:30pm and the previous manager kept up with this schedule better than whoever became in charge what's seems a year and a half ago. I have banked here for more than 4 years never had a problem until a year and a half ago. Maybe it's the new management but I've had the worst customer service from everyone here and no clear response as to what's the legit business line schedule. Everyone just answers with attitude and wants to be "right" but when I show up to your fake business schedule you gave me to find out it's closed and have the next teller give me a b******* schedule. That's wasting my Time! Shows your poor management skills and customer service maybe we should follow the rule where you don't employe people that live in the area already as most these girls serve you attitude as if you went to high-school with them. I'm just trying to do my banking business I don't have time to guess when the management or tellers are here to do their job and open up the business like for the 2mins I'll probably end Taking
