Horrible customer service. Purchased an item at the Pacoima location because that’s the only AutoZone nearby that had the item in stock. Returned it to this location because it was closer to me. The employee proceeded to lecture me about her bottom line. She told me that she hates doing returns because it affects her sales. That next time I should purchase the item online or at her store then pick up the item at that different location. She tells me that she hates doing returns for this reason all while giving her lunch order to her coworker at the same time she’s “helping” me.

This AutoZone don't do there job right they are lazy and they are liars we took are brand new car batterie they said that my car batterie didn't work that I needed to but a new one so I said ok thank you but then I decided to take it to another AutoZone and guess what they said my batterie is fully charged so basically the wanted me to be another batterie

Greats customer services at this locations. I brought a battery from Autzone a month earlier and it was dying. I couldn’t figure why. The helpful worker tall guy. Helps me by testing it along with the alternator and starter. Thanks you for be kind and helpful today.

Finally I can say that this auto zone did right by me . I wish I could remember the name of the kind and very helpful young man that help me this morning . I was stressing and all shaken up , so when I got there I told him about the issue with my truck and he was sick a big help that he even offer to run a diagnostic on my truck free of charge . How nice is that . So he did and even printed out the issue and Wala o man thank you thank you .

Walked into Auto Zone (AZ) in North Hollywood, 6030 Lankershim Blvd . Asked the clerk if he could help me find the right replacement blades for my windshield wipers. (I've never done this before.) He looked them up, walked over to the display, stood next to the area where the expensive ones were, blocking the way toward the less expensive ones. He told me they were sold out of the less expensive options. Paid $50. Didn't sit right with me; walked over to the display, found ones for $12 each, the right size. (I had just learned from the clerk that you just need to know the size for your make and model of car.) Walked up to the counter where same clerk was, asked if these would work. He said 'well, I showed you the ones that were recommended. I guess you can try those.' I returned the absurdly expensive ones, bought the $12 ones, watched a youtube video, and managed to install them. They work great. It's a good thing I saved the return receipt because they put the charge through for the $50 ones too, bringing my total to ~$75.....for windshield wiper blades. Disputing the charge with my bank, leaving negative reviews for this store, never going back. May write headquarters too.

David and Jesus were awesome ! I called ahead and Jesus was patient with my questions and help me figure out that I should come in for help. He also installed my battery and it's very courteous. David was dope as well as he helped me figure out what I needed and help me get my battery out. They made everything simple and they explained what they were doing. I owe them.

I came in an hour before to be helped and the manager his name is Rigoberto denied one of his workers to come and help me out & told his employee he shouldn't help me out to fix my issue. His worker was helpful regardless. Managers like this give AutoZone a bad name & rep. They should help regardless of the issue when others need to leave the city at certain hours. Bad management. Rigoberto shouldn't be managing when his employees are willing to help

I found what I was looking for, excellent customer service and I really loved the attention that Kevin offered me, a great worker, very helpful, I went to change the battery and he was very kind recommending the best for my car.
