On July 10th we were supposed to drive home from our vacation, but had a dead battery. After a jump, we made it to this location to buy a new one. Rick M. was the employee that helped me that day, and he was fantastic. He loaned me tools, made sure I had all the parts I needed, and even gave me gloves to keep my hands clean! While he was helping me, he was also helping other customers and nobody was neglected. In fact, the group of customers were all chatting happily with each other and Rick due to his outgoing and friendly personality.
Normally, having a car problem on a vacation is a stressful and frustrating experience, and it was, until we got to AutoZone and were lucky enough to have Rick helping us. In less than twenty minutes we had the battery changed and were on our way home.
The battery has performed great since then. I really hope Rick M is recognized for his incredible customer service. Everyone he interacted with left smiling, that’s so rare! Thanks! -Marianne F.

dimirti and reggie were so so helpful & kind. really took the time to figure out what was actually wrong with my car and quickly helped me with a solution!!!! 10/10 recommend this autozone if you want efficient and effective service! :)

I got home from a weeklong trip to find my battery in my car had died. I took it out and ubered to this autozone for a recharge. They helped me promptly even though they were quite busy and their phones rang nonstop. The staff were very responsive to every person and call that came in. My battery got charged and we got home to get the car going again without issue. I'd come back here first if I need any other diy car care

Great service and even went above n beyond to install a tricky battery!! Anthony B. labored for a long sec to get it installed properly. N Jonathan even took time to clear away dead leaves hiding under the hood and to double check with a local mechanic. Highly recommend!

Came in here to get a few things multiple times the same day and the tall middle eastern guy made misogynistic remarks to me & my friend and made remarks about us laughing because we were having a side conversation while waiting for him to pull up information. super rude and condescending tone the whole time we wanted to check out. don't come here if you are a women unless you want to be discriminated upon!
