After calling around and checking with a few phone break/fix places, these folks saved the day and helped us out with an urgent battery replacement. We were visiting from NorCal so didn't have all of our normal options. They were great on the phone and in person - replaced it in less time than they expected so we were happy we could get on with our long weekend and in the road faster. Highly recommend!

I water-damaged my old modeled IPad and came here to ask it was repairable. Joe was very straightforward stating that repairing could be more costly in my case then he explained why in the language I could understand. (I'm a technologically challenged person.) Since I had no knowledge whatsoever on fancy electronics, he helped me to decide which iPads in current market was the best option for me. He even gave me some trusted places to shop for used iPads. I really appreciate his patience and customer service. If I ever run into some issues with my cellphone or devices, I will definitely come here in the future. Thank you, Joe for going above and beyond!

Val here is the best!! She has helped me two times and I always leave super stoked. I've been here about three or four times now, either for a broken screen, camera, port cleaning, etc. basically my phone gets beat up a lot because I work in construction and it gets covered in dirt and I've banged it up so much that touch screen even stops working. The people here are super friendly, work quickly, and I always leave spending way less than I expect to.

This store is slimy, their customer service is lazy, and I would avoid them at all costs. The warranty they offer is just a lie that they tell you, and they’ll say anything to get out of honoring it.I got a laptop screen replaced here for my laptop, it randomly went out, and then they are claiming that there was ‘physical damage’ to it. Couldn’t be more wrong and couldn’t be more cheap.This is after driving from Denver to North Hollywood because they only honor the warranty at “the original location”. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

super easy, super speedy services, great communication and kept me updated about my repair. my galaxy note 20 ultra's screen suddenly stopped working (completely black screen. could still interact with stuff since I could hear clicks/feel vibrations, just couldn't see what I was doing) and it turns out my screen just crapped out. the screen replacement was a bit pricey for me ($315 after tax), but hopefully it'll be worth it in the long run. if it wasn't I'll update. there's also a 1 year warranty after repairs though so that's nice, but the warranty is a bit specific so I would ask what it covers since it varies between the types of repairs I believe

Val and Zach. Great work on my Google pixel 6pro. Thank you guys for the screen repair. Literally took like 1 and 1/2 hours and it was nice and looking brand new. Even cleaned it up a little bit.

I was completely stressed out because my phone screen cracked and the touch screen stopped working completely. I tried restarting the phone 20x. Nothing worked. I watched over 7 you tube vidoes. Nothing worked. Walked into Verizon, spoke to 4 different reps, they had no idea and asked me to file a claim online as they don't fix phones. Thank God I came across this cute little store by chance. The minute I walked in, a very professional and kind lady named Val immediately knew the issue and gave me the diagnosis of my beloved Samsung phone. She fixed it after a few hours!!!! OMGGGG I was in awe of her amazing skills and cell phone jargon. Thank you Val You are absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my phone screen replaced. I dropped off my phone and had it within a couple of hours and the customer service was amazing. You can't even tell my screen had broken.
