Sam is the man his customer service was so excellent very professional,treat everyone fairly. and very knowledgeable about cars and conditions of the car he can answer adequately and for sure you gonna learn something if he explain things to you. Very nice guys . My Awesome Experience at ASE Auto Inc. (Thanks, Sam!)Five stars isn't enough for the fantastic experience I had buying my 2013 BMW 328i from ASE Auto Inc.! My journey started with Sam, the helpful sales agent, who initially showed me a 5 Series that caught my eye online. Though it was slightly out of my budget, we clicked.Fast forward, after forgetting my scan tool in the 5 Series, I messaged Sam to check if he found it. To my surprise, he was honest and offered to return it, no strings attached. Just bought a pristine Toyota Camry 05 basically in mint condition for 6500 (inflation times too). Everything works amazing, and the owner Rob even bought me an Uber to pick me up so I can drive my new car home! And it’s been running beautifully and purrs like a kitten. Highly recommended

I can’t express how happy I am with the service that I have been provided by Sam. He was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle that I was interested in. He made an appointment for me to be able to come down and see the car and for someone to be available to show me the car also reminded me of my upcoming appointment with them. What an amazing experience! I called to inquire if the BMW I3 was still available since I would be coming down from Ventura. Sam was extremely professional and set up a time for me to come down and have someone ready to show me the car. He was very knowledgeable of the car features and also how the car functions as its electric after test driving the car he made it extremely simple to get the car finance. This has been the best car experience I have ever had definitely working with someone that knows the business and knows what he's doing. It's some thing That you don't see nowadays. I highly recommend anyone to do business here.

My car was an as is so I had to invest another 2k for some maintenance. Overall Sam and the nice woman in the office were welcoming. Sam communicated promptly answering my questions. I think it took me a month or so to make up my mind on the purchase even after test driving it. Sam wasn’t overbearing, always smiles, and won’t pressure you at all. He is a patient guy. I had been searching for a CLK 350 since they were discontinued around 2009. This one I purchased from ASE must have had a good owner prior because the car practically looks new. I would suggest do your research, know the car you’re interested in, and be prepared for maintenance otherwise you will be blaming the dealer when it isn’t there fault. These cars are investments and to stand out. They’re not basic so take care of yours. I definitely will buy my BMW from ASE Auto. One more thing. Buy the right way. Pay cash and call it a day. Financing is asinine. Just get it out of the way pay cash and be free.Don’t go anywhere else. Just go here and have your car of choice throughly inspected by a trusted auto shop. American Tires over or miss quoted me twice. I will only take my car to Mercedes Benz dealerships because they were cheaper than the mom and pop and gave me the honest truth.
