The work was great! The service was exceptional and one of the signs I look for is how busy the business actually is. Yes they were extremely busy but very accommodating. They were able to return my vehicle to me in less than a week looking like new! Great women ownership. (I found that out afterwards) however that had nothing to do with my decision. It just made me think that there really are mot too many women owned and operated body shops that I had heard about. I highly recommend them. I worked with Mirabel. She was great. I couldn't be more pleased!! My car was hit and I had to have a good amount of work done to fix it in the front. I spoke to Maribel and she completely understood my concerns as I was going to be traveling soon. She told me that she would do her best to try to get my car to me before my trip. Well that is exactly what happened. Actually got it 2 days before my trip and they only took them a week to work on my car. They were very communicative with me and I knew what was occurring with my car the entire time they had it. It's rare that you get such good customer service these days and I'm so happy that I was lucky enough to get it from Arroyo Auto! Thank you sooooo much!!!

The team (front desk and service) at Arroyo Auto are kind, fair, and punctual... anything a customer could want in a business transaction. They performed some light paintwork today in an efficient and effective manner, and on the spot. Most importantly, though, they are trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommend Arroyo for light-touch and more substantial restoration-type work!

I took my car to Arroyo after my mechanic recommended them. Maribel Juarez was fantastic and they did a great job color matching. Their attention to detail on the ancillary parts that needed replacing/refinishing was exceptional. They also dealt directly with the insurance company promptly. The job took longer than I wanted but that was due to the insurance company taking their time approving the supplement. I can't complain about the work; good work takes the time it takes. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do, I'm going to Arroyo!

Stay away from this shop! At first, they made me feel like royalty, Maribel WAS very nice and they did good work on the repair. I was told I had a warranty on the repairs and that gave me false peace of mind. After about two months I started hearing a rattling noise coming from the wheel/side the repair was made. I have been completely ignored by Maribel, I've called several times and gone twice to see if they can take a look at the car and the only excuse she has given is that they don't have a mechanic. I finally had to take the car to a mechanic and pay for something this shop should've taken care of. This review is not about the work of the repair, is about the way the ignored me when I needed to take the car back.

I brought my 997 to Arroyo after it was rear ended at the recommendation of my mechanic. They were friendly and prompt at estimating the damages and submitting to my insurance. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and I would definitely recommend them for any work where quality is of the utmost importance.
