I bought an iPhone charger about a week ago and it already messed up if I went in to spend about 10-15 dollars on a stupid wire I would expect it to work today I went back in and they said sorry we can’t exchange talking about its dirty so what I have a toddler and he touches the wire with his dirty hands I hate this place don’t ever buy anything from here instead of them resolving the situation they just continued to yell at me no one change! Save your time and go to a regular gas station store.

bad service, there is a woman in the morning who gives very bad service with a bitter and angry face, I think she does not like her job but whenever I go shopping she gives me very bad service I definitely do not plan to return here

I came here today and bought $40 in gas. Then I went to put air in my tires. When I asked the attendant (40s, lots of makeup, ponytail) to turn it on, she looked put off. I needed more air (I've been out of town, so my tires are quite flat) and came in again. She refused while the kind, older lady with glasses beside her made a face like, "of course we'll turn the air on for you." I told the rude attendant that it was CA law that gas station have to provide air to paying customers she said it wasn't true. I told her she was wrong and she responded that she wasn't. Anyway, I looked it up and of course I was correct. The kindly, older attendant helped me even though the first woman wouldn't. And I looked it up...I was right, of course. They are required to give people air if they purchase gas. I'm curious though...why would she be upset about someone wanting air? It costs her nothing to push a button. Why be rude to someone in need for no reason? I'll be avoiding this place and suggest management train this unnecessarily rude woman.

I'm definitely not one that enjoys throwing people under the bus, so to speak. But I need to let it be known because it involves people's safety. I walked in to arco on Two different occasions. At night and in the morning. Both times I saw people without masks on. Once being the cashier two nights ago and the other being a woman making coffee this morning. I think she worked there as well. Dude, masks aren't that damn serious. Just wear them. Especially when you come in contact with multiple strangers daily. Jeeze

Terrible service ! The worst ! I got threaten by the clerk for no reason. I went in spent $6.00 on drinks then went out to and put air in my tires. Came back in to look for oil, couldn't find any. Came back out and called an oil change company and while i'm on the phone this guy starts banging on my window like he wants to fight telling me I can't park there. I was there less than 10 min. Absolutely terrible. That clerk is a hot head. Should be fired.

Clearly if I'm buying a soda ima try it and see if I like it.. as I'm doing this the guy working there just began yelling coming at me all rude saying I can't do that trying to say I wasn't gonna buy it but I was PURCHASING 2 CUPS! He says "ITS ALREADY CHEAP AND YOU STILL WANNA DRINK IT FOR FREE" and HE STILL WANTED TO MAKE AN UGLY FACE!!! Trash a** customer service pls fire him.

Run by the most stupid people in the Valley, which is some achievement. Nothing works, they only take debit but today only cash. WTF. It's a gas station - serve gas like a normal business. Run by MORONS!

As with any ampm you get a wide variety of snacks, fast food, and beverages with some good deals. Sometimes it's expensive depending on what you're getting. Not a fan of the debit card charge, but the employees are friendly and know how to make a long line move fast.
